Great tartar and the service is excellent. The guy recommended great wines and food. I would recommend anyone visiting Rome central.

One of the best restaurants in Rome! Come here for a tartare and the freshest ingredients
Also a mad wine bar and the energy from the owner/staff is fantastic

We ordered a bottle of wine. The first one I asked wasn't available ("we sold the last one few minutes ago"). I expected them to bring some fingerfood to pair with our wine as they where used to do in the past but it had never happened

A confirmation over time.
Everything to perfection, superlative food (quality raw materials), excellent service and a very intimate and welcoming environment... not to mention the wines, of value, quality and philosophy (taste the natural wines and you won't regret it).
Congratulations the best place to eat tartare in all of Rome.

Locale carino e stiloso. Cibo buono. PreZzi alti ma soprattutto totale disorganizzazione. 1h30 per due portate ordinate quando il locale ospitava solo altre 2 persone, anche noi eravamo in due. Dopo 1h30 ci hanno chiesto se andasse tutto bene, palesando che si erano evidentemente dimenticati la nostra portata. C'è sicuramente di meglio in giro.

A rare pearl. In Rome you eat well, even if sometimes the cuisine is very full of flavours. In this Tartare bar we found sublime food, well balanced, tasty but not excessive. The two brothers who run it are nice and not intrusive. Found it by chance, I will definitely return.

Super trendy! An unexpected find for gourmets like us. We savored the taste of every tartar we tasted. Some liked it more and some less but all in all they were all interesting, especially the raw shrimp. My favourite.
Small environment for the few connoisseurs but even that deserves it, a kind of underground with touches of wear. In short, very fancy

Just one word: dreamy!
Been here a lot, there isn’t a restaurant/chef I can imagine to compare it to.
Unique, simple, and tasteful as you have never tried fish before!
I keep going back, and I won’t stop!
