Dottor Panzerotto In Martina franca

We tried 4 types of panzerotti...I must say very good and tasty. Not heavy fried, ditto for the chips. Excellent prices. The restaurant has 3 tables outside and a couple inside, self-service

I have been frequenting Doctor Panzerotto for years. The service has always been slow and we always had to wait a long time for the panzerotti, because they fry them on the spot. Usually, however, on Saturdays and Sundays I always found something ready in the window, some panzerotto and ready-made pucce of various flavours. I recently returned on a Sunday evening and as early as 9.30pm nothing was ready. We waited over 30 minutes for 3 panzerotti. The dough is a bit chewy, in my opinion. Good pucks. Moderate prices.
