Very pleasant and interesting experience. I will definitely be back. Special dishes and different from the usual proposals that you see around.

One of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Top quality!! Non-trivial and particular choices. I highly recommend (even if it's a couple of non-fish) the carbonara roll. An explosion of taste! A la carte menu. 5 super deserved stars. Congratulations.

Excellent quality and very fresh fish! I tasted the raw salmon, scallops, scampi and red shrimp... one better than the other. A delicacy!

The environment is certainly very well-kept, especially outside, the food is discreet and well presented.

A surprising and elegant experience in the heart of the Teramo coast. Dòsama is much more than a Japanese restaurant: it is a true sensory journey. We ate very well: each dish was carefully prepared, creative and perfectly balanced. From the exceptional mixed sashimi, very fresh and served with elegance, to the most particular rolls, such as the one wrapped in a surprising pink pastry, up to the nigiri with glazed eel with an intense and refined flavour. All served on refined ceramics, with attention to colours and composition. A pleasure for the eyes and the palate. The environment is truly enchanting: relaxing, with attention to detail and full of atmosphere, especially in the evening, when the soft light and the small waterfall between the rocks create a Zen garden atmosphere. A suggestive corner that makes dinner even more special. The staff was kind, helpful and attentive, always ready to explain the dishes and give advice with discretion.

I don't know if it's my impression but since last year (where it was already good) they have raised the bar even further. Excellent quality.

Sushi buonissimo e personale sempre disponibile ed educato. Tempi di attesa nella norma e locale con un'atmosfera davvero unica. Un menzione per i bao presenti a menù tutti davvero buonissimi.

Sono stato a cena con mia moglie in questo ristorante di sushi... Nuovissimo.. Il locale si presenta carino anche se per me un po' freddo. I camerieri ed il titolare sono molto cortesi. Il cibo si capisce subito essere di ottima qualità. Anche la scelta di vini e birre artigianali è molto ampia. Non merita la quinta stella per delle piccole situazioni che sono accadute speriamo siano peccati di gioventù..infatti abbiamo ordinato una tartare ed è arrivato il sashimi. Il locale non era pienissimo però il servizio è risultato molto lento oltre la normale preparazione del sushi. Comunque devo dire che nel complesso il ristorante è da consigliare.. Sperando la prossima volta di dare la quinta stella.

An experience to be repeated: the place is beautiful and with attention to the smallest details, the dishes are nothing short of heavenly and the management is excellent. Congratulations indeed, we will be back soon!

Se è vero che la Bellezza è oggettiva, Dosama rappresenta la linea guida. Locale di una finezza disarmante. Piatti che ti lasciano un dolce ricordo & la necessità di tornarci il prima possibile. Complimenti Doriana e Mauro
