Clean environment, courteous and friendly staff. Normal wait times. The pizza is crispy with excellent leavening, fresh ingredients, and the quality is evident. Normal prices, a variety of options, and excellent customer service. In the summer, if you order takeout, I recommend booking in advance so you can at least get it at the time you choose.

I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life. Maybe not as much as Italians and maybe less pizza than steaks, but I have a point of reference :) Most of it in recent years in Scalea. At Doppio Zero the dough is unrivaled in the whole area and one of the best I've ever eaten anywhere in Italy <3 <3 <3
