I expected anything but to discover such prestigious wines in Sarteano. The wine list is magnificent and the large table at the back of the establishment gives the impression of being at home. We eat simple, well-executed dishes in a pleasant environment. At the end of the evening, Béatrice and Stéphano, the owners, took a moment to share with us their favorite wines. Thank you to them for this very good time and for their very warm welcome

This is my absolute favorite place to go in Sarteano! I am always greeted with warm smiles, amazing wine and great food!

08/07/2025: Da Nisio Restaurant – San Gimignano A beautiful restaurant nestled in the countryside just outside San Gimignano. You can dine outdoors, enjoying a splendid view of the Tuscan hills: a truly peaceful haven. The restaurant is only open in the evenings, making it perfect for a relaxing dinner in a quiet and refined atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, with tasty and well-prepared dishes, perfect for those who love Tuscan tradition but also for those seeking something more sophisticated. The staff is very kind and welcoming, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a special evening in an enchanting setting.
17/05/2025: We had a fantastic meal at Da Nisio. The hosts were lovely and the food was excellent. Service was a little slow but nothing an extra glass of wine could not take care of! We would return!!

12/06/2025: Excelente almuerzo en este hermoso restaurante. Comida y bebida de alta calidad (se vende su propio vino). Tablero de charcutería para empezar probablemente el mejor jamás tenido, carpaccio de ternera una delicia. Preciosa pasta con salsa de jabalí. Almuerzo de 2 platos (( 2 de 4 tenían postre) vinos locales y spritz por menos de 200 € en total. Gran valor. ¡Entonces fuimos y gastamos demasiado dinero en la bodega!
