Fast and friendly staff but shameful toilet facilities not worthy of a renowned place like McDonald's: dirty, one bathroom out of order so only 2 can be used (and largely insufficient), the women's toilet with a toilet flush out of order and no water from the sink tap .

It's always busy but they serve quickly. If you want this type of food and more peace and quiet, the Burger King is not far away.

It is located to the left if one stands facing the Duomo cathedral. Food is great and the carpet area is quite big. Toilets can also be used without producing the bill which is a rarity in Italy. Even other McDonalds outlets which I visited asked for a bill for using toilets, but not this one... Also has a nice McCafe, serving cappuccino and other delicacies.. Nice place to hangout and relax
