A very welcoming and well-maintained restaurant with parking. Very helpful staff. Excellent food made with fresh, local ingredients. A healthy menu is available. Excellent meats, homemade desserts, and a good wine list with a selection of French wines. Fairly priced for the area.

Four of us tried this restaurant for lunch/a stop during a trip. The place is very well-maintained, and the food was excellent. We ordered the chicken liver pâté, the pici all'aglione, the pici al ragù, and the guinea fowl tortelli in mushroom broth. The quality of the ingredients seems good. However, I think the prices aren't in line with the portions (6 tortelli for €22, pici all'aglione €16). Perhaps it would be helpful to offer a tasting menu. What's unthinkable is the Breton butter served with the bread. In Tuscany, needless to say, you expect olive oil, especially from a restaurant whose website states: "Our cuisine follows simple rules: Tuscan tradition and seasonality."
The staff is welcoming but unprofessional; I didn't appreciate the rush to clear the table when the livers were still in the center.

A place you wouldn't expect! A place with attention to every detail, a spacious room where you feel like part of the family! All surrounded by large windows overlooking the Val d'Orcia and Mount Amiata, a wonderful open counter and large tables! The food is also amazing!!! As soon as you arrive, they bring homemade bread and French butter. We had two very early Chianina beef tartares, one simple with Tuscan olive oil and one with porcini mushrooms! Sublime! Then we had the meat: there are various types to choose from, and the waiter explains each individual piece of meat, from the simplest to the most special and refined! I chose a skewer of various types so I could taste everything, served with a vertical iron skewer holder to drain the liquids and prevent the meat from "stagnating" in the liquids, with a side dish of potatoes already on the plate and then a plate of meat cooked in various ways with snow peas. The tiramisu then....real tiramisu...without that excess cream that takes away the flavors!!! I'll go back!!!

An interesting location just outside Chianciano. Quality, unaged Italian meat. Classic and very unique Tuscan dishes. Except for the dessert, which was good but lacked the right consistency.
You have to try it; a quality restaurant not for every budget.

I would have liked to give much more but 2 cappuccinos and 2 normal slices of Caprese cake 17.00 euros seems a bit too much to me.

We booked for lunch, and they were incredibly accommodating, even welcoming our little dog.
The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, and the menu is unique and intriguing.
The wine list is fantastic!
Salvatore took care of our service, with his unparalleled expertise.
The entire staff was attentive and truly knowledgeable.
The wine and food pamper you right to the end.
Perhaps a little pricey... but worth it!
We'll definitely return and recommend it.

The meat is good, the quality/price ratio is not appropriate for the location and it's a shame that the manager gets quite annoyed if you politely express a criticism.
