I tried this place by chance for dinner and was very pleased. The staff were friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. The food and wine were excellent, with a special mention for the panna cotta, which was spectacular. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through or staying in Polistena!

It's the first time I've been to this country for a football tournament. Experience with family and friends, the owner is a wonderful person, the food is really really good, the only flaw is the owner's excessive friendliness 🤣

I went for dinner for a birthday. I found the place welcoming, the staff knowledgeable and attentive, and above all, I found the dishes excellent. Congratulations on your dedication to showcasing your local products. The "Struncatura" was delicious, I had a second helping, and I highly recommend it.

A pleasant discovery; they welcomed us even without a reservation. Extremely friendly, the dishes were carefully prepared, and the portions, in my opinion, were well-balanced. I'll definitely be back.

23/07/2026: Nestled in a restaurant just steps from the central station, this typical home-style trattoria is a haven for the discerning chef, with over twenty years of experience. She guides diners through the menu, carefully crafted with passion and reflecting the ancient flavors of the Strait of Messina. The fresh pasta scialatelli with unfrozen swordfish sauce are superb (depending on the season). The tuna with arugula and parmesan shavings is excellent, thanks to its freshness. The atmosphere is simple yet functional, with large tables and adequate space. I will return to try the other dishes. Good value. I recommend it.
