A dream location with room for improvement in the organization: We chose Lavinia Bianchi to celebrate our wedding and overall we would choose it again, especially for the professionalism of our hall manager Sabino. The location is enchanting, with elegant and refined environments, and the quality and quantity of the food fully satisfied us and our guests. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring impeccable service. However, we would like to point out some critical issues that influenced our experience: - pre-wedding overnight stay: Initially I was informed that it was not possible to stay the night before the wedding due to an event already scheduled. Subsequently, I was given this possibility, but at this point I would have preferred to do as I had previously planned. The response I received to the request for a simple coffee and croissant was: "this is not a hotel" which is true, but it was not very polite, especially considering the context and the delicate moment for a bride. - welcoming suppliers: Some of our suppliers arrived at 8:30 to prepare the setup, but they were greeted coldly and rigidly, since the official opening time was 9:00. - time management: The day's program was managed in our opinion in a too schematic way, leaving little room for the possibility of fully enjoying the moments with our guests. Furthermore, a sudden feeling of uneasiness on my part, immediately after the family photos, further compressed the times, making everything even more frenetic. - changing clothes and cutting the cake: We spent 30m changing clothes, which was considered excessive, generating tension and perceptible nervousness, as can also be seen in the photographs. The delivery of the favors and photos was rushed, with the feeling of having to conclude quickly, this is because, being a civil ceremony, we theoretically had to finish first and there was no after-party planned. The party ended at 21:30 with a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth. In summary, Lavinia Bianchi offers a splendid setting and a high quality service, but we believe that there is room for improvement in the management of the organization, especially regarding flexibility. The wedding day is one of the most important events in the life of a person/couple and every detail contributes to making it unforgettable.

I was there a few days ago on the occasion of a beautiful wedding and I would like to thank all the staff for the attention, care, availability and education that followed me step by step in a celiac menu made especially for me from the appetizer to the dessert, well done guys!
