We had dinner in this restaurant as part of our overnight stay at the Approdo Talasso spa, gurmet menu with typical local products, the quality of the dinner was good and slightly sophisticated. Only flaw? The times! Dinner lasted about 3 hours even though the menu was already pre-established... the photos are the hard decision!

I stayed overnight and used the restaurant for dinner with a five-course tasting menu (drinks not included) It isn't starred but it offers quality dishes and for what I ate a good valorisation of local products prevails. But I would like to focus on the staff which, in my opinion, is 60% of the structure, from the bar, to the restaurant, to the reception and in the spa. As a location, discreet, it's not to my taste, I think a 4 🌟 should offer other kinds of services but an excellent location. Overall suitable for a weekend as a couple. Thanks to all the guys I met during my stay.

April 2025 Like last year, this time too my palate was delighted by the excellent cuisine of the chef, who stood out not only for the quality of the dishes, but also for his great courtesy in resolving a small inconvenience with availability and professionalism. The experience of dining room service, however, is different: you can perceive a change in management which has brought about some slight flaws in the organisation. Fortunately, the presence of some of last year's staff contributed to maintaining a good level of welcome and attention. Despite everything, I give 5 stars with conviction, confident that the structure will soon be able to fill these small gaps.

Avendo soggiornato due notti all’Approdo Thalasso, abbiamo cenato presso questo storico ristorante. La professionalità del personale di sala e l’eccellente qualità delle materie prime unite all’abilità dello chef ne fanno uno dei posti dove ho mangiato meglio nella mia vita. A partire dalla bontà dei vari tipi di pane fino alla capacità di creare con ingredienti semplici (e soprattutto locali) delle autentiche meraviglie culinarie lo renderanno il posto per le vostre occasioni speciali. Peraltro una delle cose che mi ha colpito di più sono state le attenzioni verso il cliente in quanto insieme a mia moglie abbiamo cenato alla carta e sono state ben tre le portate offerteci: amuse bouche iniziale, pre dessert (una pallina di gelato mandarino e mandorle.. forse la portata più interessante della cena) e un accompagnamento al dessert di piccola pasticceria. Insomma, esperienza da provare e riprovare. Meriterebbe la stella. Bravi!
