I recently visited this restaurant for my girlfriend's birthday, and I can say without hesitation that it was a simply perfect experience in every way. From the refined aesthetics of the restaurant to the wonderful elevator overlooking the impeccable kitchen, to the elegance of the dining room and the table setting: every detail conveys attention, harmony, and a quest for perfection. The dishes were a true sensory journey, surprising and thrilling from start to finish. Finally, a special mention goes to the dining room staff, whose professionalism and sensitivity were extraordinary: they were the perfect companions throughout the evening, managing to coordinate the service flawlessly so that the final dessert arrived precisely at midnight, allowing us to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday in a truly unforgettable way. Thank you for turning a dinner into a memory we will cherish for a long time.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a pleasant surprise that made our experience wonderful. Everything was excellent, dishes prepared with attention to detail and flavors that come naturally. The staff was impeccable and attentive.

This was within top 3 restaurants I have visited in my life. If you take price i to concideration it was the best food compared to price. We travel a lot and eat a lot at Michelin star restaurants. We did the 10/10/10 menu

A wonderful experience at the D.one restaurant. The hospitality was top-notch, attentive to everything, and very helpful. The dishes were very good; sometimes the combinations seemed daring, but then the offerings captivated and pleasantly surprised. The dessert was superb. The price was worth the experience.

Really wonderful experience. Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful hilltop village, absolutely delicious dishes both innovative and locally rooted (including significant Apulian influences). Nice little stories to match the dishes, every single one of which was memorable. These dishes have soul, and also an occasional sense of humor, which I loved. Plus great service all around, and a super fun sommelier!

The quality is top notch, the staff extremely kind and helpful, and the selection of their own wines is incredible. The dishes are very original and impeccably presented. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, everything is just right. I will definitely be back.

After years of frequenting, unfortunately, the last evening I spent there was terrible, with absolutely inadequate service: extremely slow (inexcusable given that there were 6/7 tables for 3 waiters), the first course arrived and they still hadn't brought the bread, inability to explain the menu, heavy pouring of water to finish and replace the bottles but not the wine (which we had to pour ourselves several times). Not recommended because, despite my accustomed spending a lot and frequenting Michelin-starred restaurants, we left hungry (when we asked for breadsticks back, they brought back three for seven people), and the birthday we went there to celebrate became an absolutely unpleasant experience.
