A very positive experience. We opted for the nine-course meal with wine tastings. The service was excellent, and the sommelier really knew his stuff. Unfortunately, I have to criticize the ninth course, the mutton. Honestly, the meat was tough and stringy. I wasn't expecting that at all. The citron pairing could have been nice, but honestly, the meat was really tough. The desserts and other dishes were exquisite.

Fabulous experience, amazing dishes....we chose the tasting menu with nine courses paired with three glasses of wine. The pairings were risky but perfect, but the ninth course (mutton with cedar) was, unfortunately, truly unforgiving, not so much for the combination of ingredients as for the quality of the meat. It turned out to be truly tough and stubborn.

Last night, my fiancé and I chose DONE to celebrate our third anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience.
Every detail, from the service to the plating, reflected the excellence and care that distinguishes a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, guiding us with kindness and precision through each dish, without ever being intrusive.
The elegant yet welcoming atmosphere made the evening even more special.
I enthusiastically recommend DONE even to young couples, like us, who are in our twenties: it's the perfect place for an authentic and refined gastronomic experience.
We'll definitely be back.

It was a nice experience. Dining area was underground and you get to pass the kitchen area with chefs working on the way down. The service was impeccable, the staff were very nice and knowledgeable, explained everything as the course progressed and the wine pairing was EXCELLENT and VERY generous.
Full course of 11 is 150 plus 50 for wine pairing. For me it was a fair price. Everything was KM 0, including the wine. I salute to that!
The menu was great, except for Espresso Machiiiato, pulled pork with amaretto mouse (my least favorite). I just felt that it didn’t belong, i’m sorry… They have to change it, IMO. Sorry, chef!
Nway, I would love to buy some wine but couldn’t find it anywhere. I should have bought some from there..
For me, it’s an experience and a must try.

Questo non è un ristorante è un'esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita. L'attenzione che hanno per il cliente e per le richieste che potrebbe fare vanno sono superiori alla media.
Parlando dell'arredamento e per la cura dei dettagli, come la forma dei piatti, delle posate, dei tavoli e un qualcosa di superlativo. Passando alle pietanze che vengono servite hanno un qualcosa in comune l'equilibrio dei sapori e che idee dello chef, una delle quali da un messaggio di maggior cura e rispetto dei mari dentro una bottiglia con appunto un bigliettino con stampato sopra RESPECT ME. Da evidenziare anche gli gnocchi di pane, gli spaghetti spezzati, il burro e i dolci finali tra i quali ALBA con cioccolato bianco e un biscotto alla base.

Bellissimo ristorante al centro di un borgo che, ahimè, non conoscevo prima di esserci stato ma che ha una spettacolare vista sul mare. Staff gentilissimo e portate davvero ottime (degne della Stella Michelin e della Stella Verde) che vengono raccontate con garbo, gentilezza e precisione. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Assolutamente consigliato!

Everything was done in an optimal manner, from the initial welcome to the attention given to the customer. Each dish served is "illustrated" in order to give an extra flavor to what is tasted... dishes in which the chef has managed to combine the passion for haute cuisine with the love for our land!! The sommelier is also excellent and, in addition to recommending the best wine suitable for the customer, tries to put you at ease. A compliment goes to all the staff... from the kitchen to the reception
