My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of living a memorable gastronomic experience in this Michelin-starred restaurant, choosing the seven-course tasting menu. A well-balanced journey between tradition and creativity, with some dishes that really impressed us with their intensity, technique and originality. Among all, the "Pizz'onta al Lanzardo" certainly stands out, a true triumph of taste that managed to combine simplicity and perfection in every bite (if we had to give votes from 1 to 10, it would be a 9.5), the "Message from the sea" - an evocative and well-constructed dish - (rated 8), and the "Limousine veal fillet", masterfully cooked and accompanied by harmonious contrasts (rated 8.5). Also worthy of a mention are the "spaghetti with lemon, tomato and oysters" (rated 7.5), surprising for its freshness and balance, and the "liquid bundle of cheese and pepper" (rated 8), a small concentration of flavour. The service was impeccable, with attention to detail but always measured and never intrusive. A special mention goes to Gaetano, who with his friendly, attentive and authentically passionate way of acting was able to add a human touch to the evening. Always smiling, present at the right time and capable of making us feel welcomed naturally, he contributed significantly to making our experience even more pleasant. It is rare to meet such professional and at the same time so empathetic figures. In short, an experience that we recommend to those who love signature cuisine but also authentic hospitality.

Refined foods and sophisticated combinations, combined with customer attention, make this a classy experience. Advised. It's a shame that due to a little carelessness on their part, they made me pay a little extra for a dish I hadn't specifically requested.

Although the level of service was better than most of the restaurants - it was a little less impeccable as the time we visited before. Especially towards the end. They rushed us through dessert and seemed to pay more attention to some tables over the others. At some point all waiters disappeared for about 5 minutes - maybe something happened that they needed to discuss. Still, I consider this one of the best restaurants in the area.

Ho cenato qui con mia moglie in occasione del suo compleanno . Locale davvero con un bel concept Piccole salette con pochi tavoli ben distanziati e apparecchiatura di pregio. Padrona di casa e personale super gentili che ti intrattengono con storie legate ai piatti e allo chef davvero bravo a trasmettere storie ed emozioni nel cibo cucinato. Prodotti di qualità alta e ben inseriti in un menu degustazione che ci ha appagati in tutti i 5 sensi. Bravi a tutti e sicuramente un ristorante da mettere tra i miei preferiti.

It won't be a simple dinner, but a real experience that will involve all your senses, also making you reflect. I've been there twice and had two totally different experiences. Never obvious and banal. A unique and rare pearl. Absolutely recommended!

Ristorante molto particolare e ricercato. All’arrivo si è subito accolti dal simpaticissimo maitre di sala, che dona davvero molta vivacità e calore all’ambiente, che è già di per se accogliente grazie alle luci soffuse e ai colori. Servizio impeccabile ed elegante e il cibo è davvero sublime. Esperienza da provare per forza almeno una volta.
