Exceptional!!! Service, staff and quality. And then, impeccable gluten-free. I have been celiac for decades and places like this are hard to find. Their dedication and attention is found in every dish, varied menu... the celiac can eat everything first courses second courses pizzas desserts... really good! See you soon!

Intrigued by the many comings and goings of this restaurant we went there for dinner with the idea of ​​eating fish. We ate a warm seafood salad, spaghetti with seafood and tortellini with squid ink, grouper and fillet of the day. All tasty dishes, well seasoned and with the right portions. Interesting wine list with an excellent quality/price ratio. The dessert was also good and the service was excellent. We will be back for the pizza. The bill was very honest.

15/04/2025: A unique experience in Florence. The format might not appeal to everyone, but it's worth trying at least once! The restaurant operates as a buffet and wine is paid separately. The cuisine is very tasty, but you will have to stand in line and bring the dishes and wine to the table yourself. After dinner the concert/show begins.
26/03/2025: Teatro del Sale is the real highlight of a class trip I took with ISI Florence. The vibe here was so unique—part restaurant, part cultural hub. We had a delicious appetizer platter with fresh homemade bread, accompanied by prosecco to toast to the experience. It was the perfect balance of food, community, and creativity all wrapped into one. You really feel like you're a part of something special. If you're looking to step away from the tourist crowds and dive into Florence’s authentic side, Sant’Ambrogio Neighborhood is where you’ll find it. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave.
