I am a regular customer of Acqua Matta, I always find it good and I have never had any problems but last night yes, when asked to pay with Edenred vouchers (a service that the restaurant says it offers) the waitress, a young girl with short hair, rudely refused to let us pay with the vouchers because she no longer had the POS available to do so, so I and the other members of the dinner party adapted to paying normally so as not to create inconvenience, but I know for sure that the restaurant takes them because I had already used them other times, I invite the staff to review the methods of using the vouchers which are perhaps not clear and finally to guarantee the service (which I repeat they offer) until the restaurant closes.

15/09/2025: I had dinner with my family for my birthday. It was the best seafood restaurant in the center of Florence. A relaxing and unique atmosphere with exceptional dishes, each one better than the last. If you're in Florence, you definitely have to stop by. I'll definitely be back.
17/07/2025: Excellent spot. The menu is changing all the time according to seasonal ingredients . The chef is very accommodating with certain dietary restrictions . Interesting wine selection .

09/11/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the food. The prices are very reasonable.
08/11/2025: We went for lunch on Saturday. We had an appetizer and a delicious—help me say delicious—T-bone steak. The price was fair for what we ate. The waiter was friendly and the atmosphere was traditional. Recommended if you're in Florence.
