Simply extraordinary pizzas: both classic and gourmet. Must try!!

We ended up there by chance, I have to say that we felt at home, very good and very kind people, it's a shame we are Ligurian, if it were here we would be regular customers, the pizza and the pancakes with Nutella are special, what can I say? Well done, keep it up 👍

In zona stazione a Pinerolo, davanti al parcheggio, c'è questa simpatica pizzeria da asporto gestita da giovani. Nonostante la posizione di passaggio possa suggerirne una vocazione "commerciale", ci si ricrede subito: le pizze sono una piacevole sorpresa. E' evidente la ricerca dei migliori ingredienti che parte dalle farine fino agli abbinamenti audaci ma molto azzeccati, oltre che l'impegno a giocare con le lievitazioni che rende la pizza digeribile e piacevole. Abbiamo provato due impasti (romana e napoletano) entrambi molto validi, e finito con un cannolo. Davvero molto buono, da provare.

A nice discovery, I stopped by chance and found one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Very light but crunchy dough cooked in a wood oven, well-balanced top quality ingredients, lots of courtesy... what can I say: keep going!

We have always enjoyed the excellent panuozzi, in addition to the flavors on the menu there is a lot of availability in variations... but the real surprise was the fantastic Sicilian cannoli! Very faithful to tradition... we don't hide the fact that sometimes we went to the place just for those!
