First time going to the one at Nave de Vero and first time trying the chain in general. Nothing to say about the staff or management. But the pizza was pretty disgusting. Below average. Okay, it's a pizzeria in a shopping center, but a minimum of quality. Definitely not recommended.

I gave 3 stars for the food which in my opinion, based on what I tried, was of poor quality and does not reflect Neapolitan cuisine in the slightest. I tried the meatballs with sauce: 4 hard meatballs, in a tomato bath with a small piece of bread that was supposed to collect the sauce; I point out that the bread was hard as marble (I attach photos). Price €9 per dish, cover charge €1.50, with paper placemat and equally hard bread basket... and 1/2l of natural water delivered in glass bottles, one of which is chipped and delivered to the table without a cap... Total price for two people €24: 2 seconds €9 2 place settings €1.50 2 half waters €1.50 3 stars for the service for the lack of courtesy and education. 3 stars for the environment, narrow seats and the waiters and customers bump into you as they pass between the tables... They can definitely improve and I hope so!
