The road up is narrow and decidedly steep, a real challenge for the driver, but also the perfect filter that leaves the chaos of the valley behind and projects you into the absolute peace of the mountain. Beyond the climb lies paradise.
Many know this place through the daily stories on the "Charley&Anna" Instagram page, but once you cross the threshold, you realize there's no trickery or deception here. Mr. Graziano and his son Charley manage this corner of the world with touching dedication and simplicity. Despite its digital fame, the atmosphere remains humble, authentic, and far from the limelight.
The food is purely vegan, personally curated by Charley. Even for those accustomed to a different diet, it's truly difficult to notice the absence of animal proteins. The choice of raw materials and the creativity of flavors make dinner and breakfast a complete experience. It's proof that plant-based cuisine, when prepared with love and skill, doesn't take anything away; on the contrary, it adds to the experience.
The beating heart of the place is the adjacent animal shelter. Visiting the rescued animals is an experience that reconnects with the world. And finally, there's Maky the pig, the place's authentic (and fickle!) mascot. A true protagonist whose decisive personality caps off an unforgettable experience.

It's a wonderful place, immersed in the most authentic nature, where time seems to slow down and everything finds its natural rhythm. Here, animals aren't an attraction: they are respected, loved, and cared for souls with a sweetness that can be felt in every glance, every gesture, every detail.
Spending 24 hours there was like living in a dream. A dream of true silence, endless greenery, clean air, and that rare serenity that is so hard to find today. Coming back to reality was almost traumatic, like waking up too early from something beautiful.
And then the food... completely vegan, cooked entirely by them, is simply stratospheric. Dishes prepared with love, genuine ingredients, and authentic flavors that speak of the same care and respect that permeates the entire place.
Charley and her father, Graziano, are exquisite, authentic people with a big heart that is completely reflected in the place they've created. They welcome you with simplicity and warmth, making you feel part of something special.
It's not just a place to stay: it's an experience that stays with you.
