23/09/2025: An extraordinary culinary experience! I recently visited Pizzeria Al Pruneto in Bastia Umbra and was absolutely enchanted. We ordered two pizzas: a Filetto and a Capricciosa, and each was a true work of art. The Filetto pizza was a triumph of simplicity and freshness, with an incredibly flavorful tomato sauce and flakes of buffalo mozzarella so creamy they melted in your mouth. Fresh basil leaves added a final touch of fragrance. The Capricciosa was equally perfect, with high-quality ingredients like prosciutto, mushrooms, and artichokes blending together in a truly balanced mix of flavors and textures. The dough deserves special mention: light, digestible, and with a high, perfectly airy crust, just like in the best Neapolitan tradition. The cooking was also impeccable, with just the right amount of burnt spots that give it that unmistakable flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service was quick and very courteous. If you're looking for a pizza that will leave you speechless, Al Pruneto is the place to go. An experience you definitely won't want to miss!

20/09/2025: I honestly don't understand the negative reviews for this pizzeria. Authentic Neapolitan pizza with quality ingredients. The service is fast, and the waitresses are very kind and attentive. We ate a lot, but none of us felt weighed down. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the products.
