Dear owner, there is no point in defending the evidence. The truth is that you are unable, or are not structured, to cope with full houses. I was there on Sunday evening and I also waited 45 minutes (1 large mix of appetizers and 2 cresce). When multiple customers send signals... they must be collected. Don't reply and get to work to satisfy customers and enhance the business.

Really beautiful and evocative location. The service leaves something to be desired, very disorganized and slow (30 minute wait for a french fry), there is no menu and the beers are dictated by the staff.

This is a beer paradise in an unexpected place. For example, they have St. Bernardus Abt 12 on tap. Amazing.

We come there every evening for an aperitif, all the staff are adorable and caring, it's very appreciated and the prices are very affordable

Unique pub in Gubbio. Always trained staff, the owners are the best. The widest choice of beers on tap, 10 ways and all really good. What can I say, every time a pleasant and different experience. Numbers 1⃣
