Abbiamo prenotato senza sapere cosa ci sarebbe aspettato e con grande gioia soprattutto del palato abbiamo consumato un ottima cena a base di tartufo bianco tutto perfetto solo il dessert un po’ così così

Simply the best restaurant in Bergamo for traditional Italian family food and atmosphere. I have been coming to Don Luis’s for over 25 years and always have a great dining experience here. Service is tip top, staff are informative and friendly and the ambience is real Italian family vibe. Everything from the bread to the deserts are freshly prepared in the kitchen daily. A real must try if you are in Bergamo. 5 ***** 10/10

We felt very comfortable in this Italian restaurant. In addition to the high-quality and delicious food, we particularly liked the excellent service. Many thanks to Gabriele, who helped us a lot with his good English.

Business lunch; good variety of menu and food combinations. For my colleagues' first courses, very good quantity and quality... for my second course I would have something to say about the "consistency" of my salmon steak and its side dish (baked potatoes). Staff always attentive and helpful.

Trattoria La Fricca

28/12/2024: Very refined restaurant a few steps from the city center. Menu with elaborate dishes and quality raw materials. The service is very customer focused and extremely formal. As well as the environment, cared for and elegantly furnished. The dishes ordered were good, but not exceptional on this occasion. The high bill, not justified by what was ordered.
15/12/2024: A perfect evening: impeccable service, sublime meat and excellent wine I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say that it was an excellent experience. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, with impeccable service that made the evening truly enjoyable. We ordered a Florentine steak and it was the real star: cooked to perfection, tender and rich in flavour, you could feel all the quality and care taken in the choice of raw materials, as they already mentioned to us when ordering. The Tuscan wine that was recommended to us turned out to be a perfect choice. The wine list is well stocked, with excellent options for every taste. A place that I recommend without hesitation for anyone who wants to enjoy a high-level dinner in a refined environment and with top service. I will definitely be back!
