Each dish is prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, carefully chosen by the Chef to enhance its flavor and presentation. Smell and taste, therefore, but also touch, hearing and, above all, sight, because at Don Fausto food and art chase each other and then embrace each other. The flavours, colors and materials intertwine like brushstrokes on the living canvas. The Chef is an all-round artist and, as we know, art, like food, nourishes the soul, tells ancient stories and suggests dreamlike visions. Each dish is a composition, an ephemeral work that lives in the moment of its tasting, while each work of art hanging on the walls becomes a banquet for the spirit, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. But Don Fausto is much more. What makes it truly special is the ability to make every guest feel at home.

Place discovered with a Smartbox, an excellent surprise, cuisine with new proposals, especially the appetizers, you can also enjoy fish dishes, small but beautiful rooms with a few tables. Very reserved. I will return, recommended

Bellissimo ristorante nel cuore del paese con giardino privato per serate all'esterno, all'interno stanze piccole che creano un ambiente intimo e riservato. Cibo di elevata qualità. Consigliato per cene di coppia all'insegna dell'intimità

Location molto curata con un menù interessante, ottima la tartare ed il pesce in generale. Personale cortese e disponibile, molto apprezzata la presenza di prodotti senza glutine. Per l’antipasto mi complimento per aver tostato il pane senza glutine, cosa che nessuno fa ma necessaria se non si vuole mangiare una suola. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, suggerisco solo di includere l’elenco degli allergeni principali nel menu.
