The "Don Fausto" stands out for its elegance, research into raw materials, always new combinations of flavors and undoubtedly for the passion that can be felt in every corner of its restaurant. I would recommend anyone to taste his "Cacio e pepe di Mare" and his inimitable "Tagliolini al Trombolotto" immersed in the enchantment of his garden at least once. Chef Flavio, Silvia, Valerio, Filippo and all the wonderful people we have met in these four years have been able to make us feel at home and every year we can't wait to return.

A hidden treasure in the heart of Vernole. We let ourselves be pampered by the delights of Flavio, a kind chef with magical hands. Well what can I say... we've been returning to Don Fausto for 4 years! Now our place in the heart.

Siamo stati ospiti di questo locale per la serata con menù di degustazione carne. Servizio rapido, fantasia e bravura in ogni portata. Sembrava finalmente di poter assaggiare i piatti che vediamo fare agli chef in tv. Rapporto qualità prezzo indiscutibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

01/08/2024: I ate some good fried prawns, cuttlefish, squid, some fictitious octopus meatballs, vegetables, mussels au gratin, mussels with crusty bread, some good white wine on tap and there is a vast menu to choose from, straight stuff and good, fresh fish skewers 4 large fresh raw scampi, lemon sorbet, abundant dishes, 6 people paid 208.00 euros. Family run and outdoors
