Don Evandro Bistrot In Popoli

Pierlugi and Eugenia prove themselves to be wonderful hosts. It's not their first time at Don Evandro, but it's their first with the new menu. A truly brilliant choice, in my opinion, where (like in the inns of old) they cook and serve what the season has to offer: let them create and trust them, they'll surprise you!

Exquisite meal, excellent service, and classy ambience. We had the shorter tasting menu, and everything was perfect -- not a weak link in the chain. The couple who own and manage the restaurant are charming. To top it off, the restaurant plays warm and elegant classical and jazz music -- none of the dreadful Lofi or club music that ruins the ambience of so many otherwise nice restaurants. Will definitely return.

We had a delicious, gourmet dinner. There is a very high attention to detail.

Excellent food, many of the proposals are revisited traditional dishes. They enhance and valorize the local products, poor, as well as the truly surprising onion. Very minimal but welcoming and elegant location. From the outside you would not expect to find a restaurant like this in the streets of Popoli. The service is fast and efficient, I would have only appreciated a few more attentions for example if they had come to clean the tablecloth from crumbs at least before dessert (a detail that in many other restaurants of the same level they have and that can be appreciated). For the rest everything is impeccable.

Este es un excelente restaurante gourmet. Situado en el pequeño pueblo de Popoli por un pequeño callejón. Usted encontrará que vale la pena el esfuerzo para encontrarlo! Es muy pequeño (solo 5 mesas) por lo que es mejor tener una reserva (disponible en la aplicación de reserva FORK). Descubrirás platos muy creativos y superiores con sabores maravillosos. Recomendamos encarecidamente!
