The atmosphere is nice, partly outdoors and partly indoors. We had pizza, almost all with pesto cream, including the salmon one. Nothing special, average. The dessert is a little better, I had the citrus parfait with berries. The bill for a pizza and a glass of beer with dessert for half was €28 per person, a little expensive for what we tasted.

I was recently at Don Carmelo restaurant in Palermo and I can say that it was one of the best meals of my life! The food was simply divine, every dish we ordered was prepared with care and love for detail. The flavors were intense and authentic.
The environment was cozy and familiar, with an inviting atmosphere. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and professional, always ready to advise us and satisfy our requests.
In particular, I would like to highlight the kindness and availability of the owner of Don Carmelo, who made sure that everything was perfect during our visit.

We were there on a Saturday night with the family. The place is very spacious. The pizza was good but the service was a bit slow. I would like to point out that we booked for 9:30 pm and there weren't many people but we still waited a bit before we could eat.

Siamo stati accolti davvero con molta cortesia e soprattutto con il sorriso (che non è assolutamente scontato )… benché fosse sabato il servizio è stato celere e preciso… la pizza buonissima con ingredienti di assoluta qualità…. Grazie mille ci rivedremo presto

Last night I celebrated my birthday. There were 20 of us and despite the crowd of people in the room, the service was perfect. The pizza round was plentiful and the pizzas were delicious. The waiters were very attentive, efficient, courteous and fast. The owners were very kind and also very careful that everything went well. Thank you Don Carmelo for the wonderful evening and thank you again for contributing to the success of such a special event. ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️💯💯💯

I have to thank all the staff for the success of the evening, from the pizza chef who made excellent pizzas (with the pizza tour formula they were all delicious), to the waiters from the welcome they gave us to every little attention they had towards us, very kind, efficient, fast.
