Wonderful pizza, friendly and helpful staff (they ask you right away if you want water before ordering and ask if you'd like dessert or coffee after you've finished your pizza, and they also ask if everything was okay, which many waiters don't do), and a truly modern and welcoming location. The wait times are short, but I always recommend booking, especially for groups. The value for money is high, but it's absolutely worth it, especially as mentioned above because of the beauty of the location, which almost resembles a reception hall. I'll be back, and I highly recommend it!

Excellent raw materials, friendly, helpful and professional staff.

Let's start with the positive things, the food was good, the appetizers were good, the pizzas, I had the gluten-free one, one of the best I've eaten. The negative aspect is the service, but not so much from the staff, but from the owner. She has no empathy with customers, always impatient, only one thing is clearly evident. Writing, ordering quickly (it makes you anxious) and above all paying, it seems like that's all she cares about and that's it! No customer care at all. The girls and the husband/owner, I imagine, are good - he also knew how to handle an unpleasant situation that had arisen between a customer who was always waiting and the lady (I imagine the owner's wife). To the latter, with great humility, I would allow myself to recommend those courses that explain the relationship with customers, the customer always comes first, the customer is a precious asset for the company, the customer is taken care of, or rather, I would say pampered. It's a shame because in my opinion the place has all the potential. Of course, it's really big and on Saturday when we went, with friends, it was packed. Another issue is the restrooms: one bathroom is too small for the number of seats—endless lines. If they can—or rather, I'd say if the lady can—make changes and reduce the anxiety of "billing" and "collection"—the restaurant could make another leap in quality because the food is good and well-cooked. Maybe I'll try again, but I'm not sure.

All good, except that if they offer me a €15 pizza... And I say €15, I should find a rich topping, instead I was disappointed by the sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, which was almost invisible.
