We hadn't booked but they agreed to welcome us. The setting is magnificent, warm, minimalist and subdued. Despite the language barrier, we managed to make ourselves understood. The waiters were very professional and smiling. The meal was just fantastic and very tasty. It's still quite expensive if you're on a budget. I highly recommend this establishment, which is a change from Italian food (pasta, pizza). Thank you very much for this wonderful discovery.

Nice steak restaurant with very attentive staff. I had the Don Carlos Burger, which was delicious. If you want a good burger or steak between Italian dishes, this is the place for you.
I think the menu needs improvement; it's only available digitally via QR code. Navigation on mobile phones could be a bit more intuitive.

My wife ordered a Wagyu beef flap meat, grilled to perfection, medium rare, just as ordered... absolutely delicious! I deliberately chose the BBQ Experience special (see photo)... the brisket and ribs in particular were delicious... a knife was almost unnecessary 👍. We especially appreciated the excellent recommendations and the service from the staff. We highly recommend Don Carlos 👍👍👍

We came as a family for my brother-in-law's birthday and we particularly appreciated the service, which was exceptionally exemplary. We dined outside because it was very hot. The tables were well set and the setting was pleasant. The cocktails were very good. We had cuts of beef and pork. I particularly tried the aged cut of beef accompanied by sauce and potatoes; it was simply delicious. The mix of meats was very good and at a more affordable price.

Since we saw the pictures on Google Maps and read the good reviews, we thought we'd give it a try.
Unfortunately, the food wasn't for us at all, as everything seemed to have BBQ flavor, and the meat wasn't to our taste.
The staff was very friendly and asked us frequently if we wanted anything else.
The atmosphere at the restaurant itself is quite nice, although it's unfortunately tucked away between somewhat run-down buildings.
We wouldn't go there again, but for those who like BBQ, it's definitely worth a try.

The place is beautiful, with an open kitchen and grill, plenty of space for tables, and very friendly and attentive service. We ordered: a tartare, which was very good; the Don Carlos sandwich, which we weren't entirely sold on (the temperature was too cold and the ingredients were excellent, but combined, they didn't quite strike the right balance of flavors); and the pulled pork sandwich, which wasn't top-notch either (the temperature was too cold, and the pulled pork, homemade, was lacking something).
