Don Carlo now also has a restaurant! We ate inside; the space has been beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The food was excellent and a feast for the eyes! We ate scrigni (ravioli), lasagna, and parmigiana—all well-seasoned and served with finesse and friendliness. The house wine, Cannonau, was also good! We hope that the restaurant, which opened this spring, will be a success in addition to the fine shop and bistro!

The seafood carbonara is delicious. I come to Sardinia a couple of times a year and it is a must to come to Don Carlos in Bosa. Congratulations.

A great shop, very tasty food at fair prices. Wonderful Italian atmosphere, the children are running around and can actually only bother relaxed tourists. Splendid! The NT cooked suckling pig belly is a poem!

A mandatory bosa stop. Very nice place inside and charming outside walls covered in ivy. I had an aperitif there and tried the tasting of Malvasia paired with cheeses. I was also there for breakfast the next day and had a great time. In the evening there is music and a lot of people. Friendly and professional staff. We will definitely return

It's really delicious. The Panini Cross and soft inside. The filling is so delicious. The antipasti is typically Sardinian: molto bueno (unfortunately I can't speak Sardinian🤣) Unfortunately you cannot reserve a table. So just go there and wait a bit, we only had to wait 15 minutes today. But the beautiful old alley in Bosa and the atmosphere shortened the time. It's worth it. LG Mike

In general good appearance - BUT sadly price/performance is not matching. Expierence: Offered breakfast/lunch served without bread - even if its described and pictured in advertising. After request got it (not toasted like offered) Breakfast „carbonarra“ on two „smaller“ breads. Two Coffees - good. Left hungry after a bill over 32€.

31/05/2025: Tolle Location mit grandioser Aussicht, leckerem Essen und sehr freundlicher Bedienung . Hier gibt es für jede Geschmacks-und Preisklasse etwas. Von der Pizza bis zum tagfrischen Fischfang.
25/05/2025: Nice place, served by a good waiter. I don't know if he was the owner, but kind and friendly.
