Dinner with friends, one of whom is vegan and there is very little vegan option in all that menu they have! Not even a hamburger for example... The food was not bad, we had piadinas, farinata, vegetables... I would advise the staff to be a little more welcoming and smiling, it doesn't hurt, especially to one of these... The sore point is that in addition to not doing separate bills, oh well, they don't even do separate payments! So one person had to pay for everyone and this then led to problems in returning the money! I would say that in 2025 certain things are really ridiculous! Change this approach with the customer because it plays a lot on your reputation...

Occasional regular at this place, which I rate with an average rating, without infamy and without praise. The location is dated but classic pub, wide choice of dishes, more or less all average, decent beers on tap with a few gems (and flops) here and there. The negative things all refer to the management of the owner who in my opinion does not invest, does not renew and does not keep separate accounts. In the long run, this doesn't help the restaurant's advertising, as well as treating customers like numbers. INSTEAD The difference is made by the people who work there, who put passion into it (even too much), such as one of the waiters, the tall one in his 40s, a real war machine, a "scary" marketing leader, who works on redemption & attraction every day, so that the place is always full and inviting. I will return to understand how far we can go; the potential is there and it is perceivable.
