Dinner with friends, one of whom is vegan, and there's very little vegan option on the entire menu! Not even a burger, for that matter... The food wasn't bad; we had piadinas, farinata, vegetables... I'd advise the staff to be a little more welcoming and cheerful, which can't hurt, especially to one of these... The sore point is that, in addition to not keeping separate bills, they don't even make separate payments! So one person had to pay for everyone, and this then led to a hassle getting the money back! I'd say that in 2025, some of this is truly ridiculous! Change this approach with customers because it seriously affects your reputation...
