I have had the pleasure of eating here three times, most recently today. Always very kind and delicious food. I also add the right portions to ensure you arrive at the end of lunch satisfied, and excellent value for money. Advised!

Siamo reduci da una giornata in famiglia per festeggiare la comunione di mia figlia. Premetto che non conoscevo questo posto a pochi Km da casa mia, e che l'ho scoperto navigando in internet, location molto curata, giardino stupendo, e cibo ottimo. Il proprietario é un signore gentilissimo e davvero disponibile, ha saputo creare un'ambiente davvero famigliare . Peccato per il tempo di questo giugno che non sa ancora di estate. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Claudia

16/11/2024: Among the best restaurants in the province of Pavia and Piacenza. Attention to everything, carefully prepared foods, expertly prepared pasta, skilled bakers, connoisseurs of wines and spirits. Also recommended for meats, stuffed pasta, broths and cured meats. Lovely place. Mentioned in the "Osterie d'Italia" guide for some years drawn up by Slow Food Italia.
03/11/2024: È sempre un vero piacere tornare a cena da Wildmann….piatti assolutamente eccezionali, cucinati da Monica con grande esperienza e maestria. Marco grande cerimoniere di sala e i suoi collaboratori estremamente gentili, veloci e competenti. Come cenare a casa tra amici.

12/12/2024: For many years now, every time I pass by Varzi I stop to eat here. Exceptional products from the Oltrepo' area, cooked with skill and respecting tradition. Well made dishes and friendly owners. The quality/price ratio is also excellent!
15/11/2024: What can I say... I already felt I trusted this restaurant... I'm happy to have tried it... and if I were to come back here I'll be back 100%... excellent food... genuine food at home, these local cured meats with an extraordinary taste, like the first and second courses...tender that melted in the mouth...the accompaniment with Bonarda was also excellent....staff attentive to the smallest details with great attention to the customer and good empathy, really nice location with a touch to remember the piole of the past but at the same time modern....absolutely top!!!!
