I bought my daughter's first birthday cake from them (gluten- and lactose-free), and to say it was delicious is truly an understatement... and beautiful!!! In addition to the cake, I bought many small savory treats of all kinds (even a separate gluten-free tray), and they were made with care and love... I can confidently say that anyone who wants something different from the usual catering can definitely turn to them. My only regret is one thing: not having discovered them sooner!!! The shop is beautiful, with attention to every detail. As soon as I entered, they greeted me with a mini meat panada that they had just finished cooking (that was also delicious!), a much-appreciated and unexpected gesture. I also thank them for accommodating my last-minute order; they did everything they could to accommodate my every request!!! What can I say... see you soon to try other delicacies!!! Yes, they work to order and are not an industrial or "normal" pastry shop. They're exceptional, period. They work on commission, like a tailor makes custom-made trousers. Want Zara trousers? Don't go there. They're for the most refined palates and for people who recognize quality, kindness, and reliability. Try the muffins, the zucchini fillets, the red velvet meatballs, the crostata, the panadas—wonderful. It's not cooking: it's pure art. Like Caravaggio: it's not for everyone. But for me, definitely!
