I only tried two products: the nuns' breasts and the chocolate cream puffs.
The nuns' breasts would have been excellent with more cream: they were underfilled, so they were a bit dry and felt less than ideally dense.
The chocolate cream puffs, on the other hand, were much better. The dark chocolate coating was excellent, as was the chocolate cream filling. The cream puff dough itself, however, was less good, not reaching the same level of quality.
Considering the price per kilo I paid, I would have expected higher quality in both products. Overall, decent value, but with room for significant improvement.

Guys, more than just a pastry shop... it's a place where you can receive heartwarming caresses!! We had the cake made for our son's first communion, and we have to say it was a "sweet moment"—it far exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the kindness of the owners and their staff, truly wonderful people! A special thanks to Mrs. Alessandra, and I recommend trying the peaches! Highly recommended!

I visited friends in Putignano who introduced me to a fantastical world: because when you enter Dolcissimo Momento, it's like taking a journey into another time, a suspended time where the ancient traditions of Apulian desserts and the innovation of contemporary pastry making meet in perfect balance.
And so, every pastry becomes a moment of sweet escape from reality; I'm thinking, for example, of the cream puffs with Chantilly cream, with their enveloping finesse that is pure poetry, or the peaches, which have a verve of their own thanks to the dough that creates a unique and successful bond with the sugary outer layer, both in terms of flavor and tactile sensation on the palate. The cream is special, always well-balanced in the pastries and so delicate that it never feels excessive. I'd also like to mention the panzerottini, for their very fine dough that accommodates a cherry filling of subtle and measured sweetness, and finally the gelatos, which, with their semifreddo-like nature, are an interesting alternative to pastries.
I haven't tried the cakes yet, but they were all beautiful to look at and stand out in the display case for their delicate decorations, a finesse that also distinguishes the chocolates, which look like small painted works of art.
Every dessert, as well as the choice of wrapping and the tasteful decor, reflects the care, dedication, research, and preparation of pastry chefs Andrea and Alessandra. With their great courtesy, kindness, and friendliness, they welcome customers for every Sweet Moment!
