I've been several times and always had a great time. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food (gelato, granitas, croissants, brioches) is delicious! If I lived in the area, it would officially be my favorite place.

I discovered this ice cream shop/pastry shop by chance, just outside the historic center of Ortigia, and it was a delightful surprise. The place is clean, with meticulous attention to detail both inside and out, and offers plenty of seating, making it ideal for a relaxing break after a stroll through the beauty of Syracuse. The selection is truly extensive: fresh granitas, creamy, and authentically flavored gelatos, with a variety of flavors to please everyone. The brioche with gelato is simply superb: soft, fragrant, and generously filled, at a truly fair price considering the quality and location. The only small complaint concerns the wait at the register, where there can sometimes be a bit of a line because the staff have to split their time between the counter and the cash register. Nothing that detracts from the experience; in fact, the courtesy and kindness of the girls more than makes up for it. A place definitely worth discovering and frequenting: highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, quality, and a truly sweet moment away from the chaos of the historic center!
