A true artisanal workshop that's always open. Excellent quality and prices. I had a diplomat (my all-time favorite pasta) that was among the best I've ever had, absolutely exceptional! Highly recommended, 5 stars!

26/10/2025: The food was amazing, and the staff were really friendly. I highly recommend this place!
17/10/2025: Very cute and well-decorated place. A young and innovative atmosphere in the center of Rome. I recommend trying the cocktails, as the bartender was professional and impeccable in his preparation. A great place for an aperitif, dinner, or a couple of drinks in the evening. Recommended!
