Foreword: Pastries brought by a colleague. Congratulations on the experience! Aesthetically and for the packaging (transparent plastic, although not accessible to everyone) very interesting, with the ingredients written on each package. However, the writing is very small and could be difficult to read on the transparent background. Inside there were only 1/20 of the products that were vegan (100% plant-based). **A vegan diet consists of avoiding all products of animal origin, including meat, fish, dairy, eggs and honey. The goal is to follow a diet based on plants, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, leaves, dried fruit, grains, nuts and seeds, and products derived from plants, avoiding any form of animal exploitation.**

For me it is the top pastry shop (along with another) in Ragusa. Quality, goodness and variety in choice. Furthermore, there is also a large space with table service dedicated to breakfast, or in any case a sweet or savory snack during the day.

Come and have breakfast here, incredible choice of typical Sicilian and non-Sicilian desserts. Very helpful staff and ample outdoor parking.

A perfect combination of excellent service, price and quality. The croissants are a delicacy. The coffee is perfect and the waiters are super friendly. Highly recommended!
