The service. I don't know what they're talking about the niceness & friendliness of this place but the older woman there did not serve me with such warmth. She was having a good laugh with some men as I entered smiling at them & looked around for pastry & menu. She came from behind the counter passed me like I wasn't there & went out for some seconds. Then came back in & didn't greet me until I said "Buonasera"...throughout no enthusiasm with me unlike with the male pals of hers & other customers (a family), whom she helped more enthusiastically after me. Is it because I'm Asian?? It's my first time visiting Italy. Cafe lungo/americano was good. Cannoli crema was okay.

We visited Dolcemania because of the reviews regarding vegan baked goods and cappuccino with soy drink. Unfortunately, we were disappointed because the vegan baked goods were already sold out in the afternoon, although there was still a lot to choose from. Unfortunately, a frappe cannot be made vegan there either. But the service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

I'm truly satisfied every time I stop by them, delicious food, a spectacular cappuccino that I can't find in many other bars. Fairly honest prices. Note 10.

It was my favorite pastry shop in Colico, kind, honest prices and high quality products. They are always friendly, but lately the quality has slipped a bit and the prices have gone up. Above all, sitting down for a relaxing break with the music of the slot machines in the background is not the best

Unappetizing The pastry was very dry And very sweet There are obviously a lot of croissants that are in good condition. But gave me one that doesn’t look very good
