Probably among the best, if not the best, pizza I've ever eaten.
Very high-quality ingredients.
The place is welcoming, and the decor creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The service was quite quick, perhaps because it was a weekday and there were few people.

The pizzas are delicious and very generous at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and the setting is very pleasant. It's an authentic pizzeria.

The pizzas are excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the owner is incredibly kind and the pizza chef is talented and friendly (wearing a beautiful chef's hat). I found my perfect pizza, and it was right on the menu, without having to say, "I'd like a pizza without this and more that." The beers are also all top-quality, as are the pizza ingredients, many of which are traditional from the Madonie Mountains. Long live Dolce Rosso Pizza! I forgot: it's part of the Addio Pizzo program, which makes it more appealing to me.

Sicilian DOC pizzeria where you can enjoy an excellent menu of Sicilian pizza and more, the team between chef pizzaiolo and service is well-matched, to the point that the maître manages the complete affluent💪.. shame that today 03/10 the beers on the menu are not available 😥, for the rest the best🏆

The Pizza: A true return to the origins of good food. You can taste the top-quality ingredients. The pizza is excellent, the dough is light, and every bite is a testament to the flavor.
A huge plus: they offer fantastic gluten-free options prepared in a separate laboratory. This ensures safety and allows everyone to enjoy a delicious pizza!

This isn't the first time we've had the pleasure of dining at this intimate and welcoming pizzeria.
The staff is extremely kind, professional, and helpful, making guests feel at ease. The cuisine is top-quality! The fried foods are fresh and the cured meats are delicious. The pizza is rustic, authentic, and well-seasoned.
The prices are very fair for the experience.
We spent a lovely evening on your cozy and pleasant terrace. A heartfelt thank you!
