Oct 2025 Probably among the best, if not the best, pizza I've ever eaten. Very high-quality ingredients. The place is welcoming, and the decor creates a pleasant atmosphere. The service was quite quick, perhaps because it was a weekday and there were few people.

The pizzas are delicious and very generous at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and the setting is very pleasant. It's an authentic pizzeria.

The pizzas are excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the owner is incredibly kind and the pizza chef is talented and friendly (wearing a beautiful chef's hat). I found my perfect pizza, and it was right on the menu, without having to say, "I'd like a pizza without this and more that." The beers are also all top-quality, as are the pizza ingredients, many of which are traditional from the Madonie Mountains. Long live Dolce Rosso Pizza! I forgot: it's part of the Addio Pizzo program, which makes it more appealing to me.

The cuisine is top-quality! The fried foods are fresh and the cured meats are delicious. The pizza is rustic, authentic, and well-seasoned. The prices are very fair for the experience.
