A gem. Very cute place, close to the park entrance.

Spoiler: a review with a bit of naive language, but that's the feeling I had :)
My little one found it by chance, as if in the woods, hidden under a mushroom... A tiny place (five tables inside, but also a few outside), but warm as a home...
Two kind brothers prepare and serve delicious desserts in the open-plan dining room: German, Polish, and Austro-Hungarian recipes from their mother, who is still present in a photo as a child and a mural as a woman.
The bill was also "sweet," meaning not at all "salty," meaning just right for the quality I found.
I thought places like this no longer existed, but fortunately, I was wrong...
A must try!

Probably the best cake place in Milan. The atmosphere, the food, the people: everything is exceptionally authentic and amazing. Thanks

German pastry shop as described in other reviews. I had an excellent doughnut with jam. Very good, but I find the price a bit steep: €3.50 is a bit excessive and scares off potential customers. I understand it's artisanal, but I'd rate it around €2.50 as a fair price. For this reason, I'm giving it a 4-star review, which is well deserved.

The only word that comes to mind when I think of this place is "pampering."
It's a small artisanal pastry shop located near one of the exits to Parco Nord, which makes the experience even more fascinating for me since, to get to Dolce Kerstin, I have to walk across part of the park.
The shop is quite small and has just a few tables inside (which, in good weather, are also set up outside), but the atmosphere is so unique that it instills a surprising sense of serenity and makes you forget you're in an Italian city.
The owners are three brothers who, as explained on the website, have dedicated the business to their mother, who is responsible for their passion for Central European pastry making. The care and respect with which they prepare and present their specialties convey the love that binds them to their roots.
Furthermore, they are extremely polite and friendly people, making visits to their pastry shop even more pleasant.
As I mentioned at the beginning, the Dolce Kerstin experience goes far beyond a simple breakfast or snack, becoming a true treat to indulge in every now and then to reconnect with yourself and the world (perhaps even taking a walk in Parco Nord to feel less guilty about the calories).
As for the products, they range from biscuits to cakes, including baked krapfen (which are absolutely no substitute for the perhaps more famous fried bomboloni), all made with fresh ingredients, an aspect that influences daily production based on supplier availability.
The shortcrust pastry, used for the biscuits and some cakes, pleasantly surprised me, allowing me to appreciate desserts I would never have dreamed of ordering in a pastry shop, such as tarts or biscuits themselves, which, despite their simplicity, can seriously risk becoming addictive.
All the fruit used, even in the form of jams and compotes, is fresh and made in the same pastry shop.
Considering the completely artisanal nature of the offerings and the fact that they are located in Milan, the prices seem more than reasonable.
I'm really happy to have this pastry shop close to home.

A unique venue in a convenient, yet non-strategic location. The inspiration is appreciable, but there are areas for improvement. Service is awkward, hot drinks are passable. The desserts are above average, but the prices are excessive.
