The gricia was excellent, mind-blowing... Pasta al dente, perfectly cooked, exceptional pecorino cream, and fantastic guanciale crunch!!!
Too bad we dusted them off as soon as the plates arrived, otherwise I would have posted photos, but we didn't have time!!!

The place is very well-kept and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere and well-chosen details.
We tried the €8 aperitif option, which included a cocktail and a mini platter. However, the platter was disappointing: the portion was rather small and the products seemed average, with nothing particularly tasty or sophisticated.
The place is worth a visit, but the aperitif could use some improvement.

We happened upon this very nice restaurant by chance and ate a fantastic gricia and carbonara, but Ilde's service was equally excellent and Edison the chef recommended excellent desserts... to be repeated.

We come from Gallipoli and here we didn't miss the warmth of our land, we have to compliment the cleanliness of the restaurant... we ate very well and Ilde and Edison treated us very well

We had a great time; the place was clean and welcoming. We'd eaten at the Borgo Pio restaurant and were pleased. The staff was super friendly.

The food was either average or even below average because for example carbonara was crazy salty. Other 3 pastas were ok. Only the atmosphere and design is beautiful.
