You don't clean the coffee machine 35 minutes before closing, a former colleague told you! Also because I'm used to coming for coffee before teaching my class, meaning I usually come at 7:25-30 because I know you close at 8:00 PM. I can understand 10 minutes before closing, but not half an hour. Anyway, it's no problem, I'll go somewhere else.

A decent pastry shop that deserves a special mention because it features Poppella's snowflakes, which arrive fresh weekly and come in a variety of flavors (classic, chocolate, and pistachio).

I discovered Dolcé and was thrilled: hearty breakfasts, fresh desserts, and delicious ice cream. The selection is truly extensive and the quality is consistent. The staff is always friendly, and the service is fast. Takeaway is also excellent, perfect for taking a little treat home.

The quality of the products is more than good, and the location isn't bad at all, but the prices, adjusted for inflation and beyond, aren't comparable to the local market where it's located. The decision to serve the croissants on disposable single-serving paper trays rather than reusable ceramic plates also raises some eyebrows.

The best red ginseng ever, and then a lime and mint granita that's second to none.
The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the pastries are high-quality, and the service is excellent.
