Carpe Diem

21/03/2025: A very warm welcome followed by a good pizza and a delicious tiramisu. Little wait despite the crowds. We went there in the evening but the view from the restaurant is overlooking the lake 👌🏼
30/12/2024: I went to Carpe Diem in Montefiascone where I ate the ORVIETO Pizza with fresh truffle, bacon and fiordilatte. Really very good!
