Do'House In Castelbuono

Hamburgers are amazing good. The wife and I have been traveling throughout Sicily going on three weeks and honestly got tired of pasta ,pizza and pastry come across this place and it was like a little piece of home.

On behalf of our four children, we give the food 5 stars—it's absolutely delicious! And 5 stars for the incredibly friendly staff, who keep an eye on everything. The atmosphere is fantastic!

We visited Do'House twice — once just for drinks and once for a light dinner. The first time, we enjoyed two excellent glasses of Franciacorta. It’s worth noting that they have a fully stocked enoteca with a wide range of wines at very reasonable bottle prices, plus an impressive selection of craft beers. For our second visit, we went for a casual meal — panini and piadini — and ordered a couple of starters. They turned out so generous that the chef kindly suggested we see whether we still had room for the mains. We didn’t — but that wasn’t a problem at all! Prices are incredibly fair: around €6.50 for a freshly made burger or panino, which is hard to beat anywhere. All in all, we’d happily eat and drink at Do'House again whenever we’re in Castelbuono — which, by the way, is an absolutely charming little town.

We came here on the recommendation of the owner of Uva Club for an after-dinner drink. It's a cozy place.

Very friendly staff, very nice for a short pitstop with a tasty snack and a cold beverage. We visited in late August, so it was hot. Sometimes, you'll find staff who can't be bothered, but that was not the case here. They are kind, and made us feel very welcome. We had a panino which was a slice of heaven, and one of the best I've eaten in Italy (having lived in Italy for 2+ years and travelling to the country for ages, it's saying quite a lot). I had the opposite experience in Caccamo, for instance, and missed this place dearly this past week. There's always a fear that in touristy areas you'll overpay and get a lousy experience. That wasn't the case here - the people who work here will do their best, and it shows. It's trendy, pleasant to sit outside, beautiful, and the food... just great! Thank you for your kind service.
