Doge In Venezia

Traveling through Venice with my wife and we wanted a nice authentic lunch. The prices were fair, and the menu was diverse enough for us to try some new dishes we have not yet experienced in the area. We enjoyed the food very much. We found the service to be kind and accommodating. Give it a try!

Pretty good calimari but it came with no sauce. Otherwise amazing place!

We ate very well there. The interior is simple but honestly it doesn't bother you. The waiters are very pleasant and take the time to explain the menu in French. The pana cota and tiramisu were delicious. We have rarely eaten such good lasagna. THANKS!

This place was awesome! Fantastic service, great atmosphere and the food was amazing. We ended up here 3 times during our stay, to eat and then also just to have a drink and enjoy the night. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

We stopped for lunch during a visit to Venice, there were four of us. I went in to ask if there were tables available and they were very kind. Place located in the center a few steps from the Morosini staircase, beautiful and well-kept place. The prices for the location are excellent (and if anyone complains just read the prices that are displayed in any restaurant, bar, tavern in Venice, without taking photos and pretending to be disconcerted) also the fast service and friendly waiters. The dishes we ate and the wine we drank satisfied everyone. We will be back.

Had lunch here with my mother. It was a slow afternoon for them since the surrounding restaurants were very popular. We took a chance. I thought our waiter was pretty cute, and his "rudeness" I took as snarky. I wasn't offended by. But what did get me was the asking for a tip. Don't do that. We know its customary in the US but don't ask. The food was fine. The drinks on point. Service is okay. Probably wouldn't come back again. I say trust the other reviews.

Typical Venetian food in a refined setting. The fish-based dishes are highly recommended.

Family atmosphere in a welcoming and informal environment; very varied and excellent quality menu (homemade pasta!!!!). Friendly and elegant staff, highly recommended 👍👍👍
