01/11/2025: ⭐ Disappointing Service Experience We visited this restaurant for dinner, and unfortunately, we have to report an unpleasant incident related not so much to the cuisine (which is subjective and not objectionable) as to the customer service. We ordered the gratin scallops (two pieces, €9.00 each) as an appetizer. Only later did we notice that the main course menu offered the same dish, but with four pieces, for €17.00. We politely pointed out the discrepancy—not so much because of the difference in price, but for consistency and clarity—and asked if they could simply apply the "second course" option. The response, after consulting with the owners, was: "This time, it'll stay the same; next time, we'll give a one-euro discount." A truly perplexing statement: it's hard to believe that a restaurant would prefer to "save" a euro rather than show consideration for a new customer. It's a shame, because the food might have been worth it, but the lack of sensitivity and flexibility in the service left us with a negative impression. A more attentive approach would certainly have turned a small misunderstanding into a positive experience.
