Friendliness and helpfulness of the top staff, even during closing time the guys who served us food and drinks were always very kind, even offering us off-menu items. Only for this 5 stars, unfortunately I didn't eat, but it all seemed good, and so did the others with us!

Place with excellent atmosphere, excellent raw materials and careful selection of craft beers. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff, absolutely recommended for an evening with friends.

Excellent food, melt-in-your-mouth burgers and spectacular fried chicken (yes, him). Very comfortable parking space and well-kept environment, professional and welcoming staff; ideal after a day in Val Trebbia

Fantastica sorpresa a Niviano: un vero pub, con menu limitato a panini (e carne alla griglia, fuori menu) e alle birre, che vengono cambiate da una stagione all'altra. Bryan è un giovane mastro birraio con un'idea precisa per il proprio locale: non un ristorante fatto per accontentare tutti i gusti e per massimizzare il guadagno, ma un posto per il relax del cliente, dove far gustare e illustrare la propria selezione di birre (e, si augura, tra qualche tempo la birra prodotta nel proprio birrificio) ad appassionati, amici e avventori, accompagnate da panini con carne di qualità eccellente (io ho mangiato invece delle tenerissime costine semicotte a bassa temperatura e poi finite sulla griglia con salsa barbecue). Il tutto a prezzi popolari. Il locale, di nuova gestione, ha riaperto da poco e necessita ancora di messe a punto del menu (ad esempio credo manchino ancora delle scelte per i vegetariani) e dell'organizzazione, ma penso abbia un grandissimo potenziale. Che io sappia è un tipo di locale unico a Rivergaro e dintorni. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti della birra e degli hamburger.

Fantastic surprise in Niviano: a real pub, with a menu dedicated to beers and sandwiches. Great enthusiasm on the part of Bryan, the young master brewer who chooses the beers according to the season and, in the future, would like to return to producing his own beer in the restaurant: if you ask him, he will keep you all evening explaining and illustrating his beers and the world behind it. Delicious meat cooked very well (obviously using low temperatures), special beers, popular prices. Being newly opened, it still needs some fine-tuning, for example in the menu (there are no alternatives for vegetarians) but it has great potential and, as far as I know, it is a unique type of place in Rivergaro and the surrounding area.
