Discovered by chance, but pleasantly surprised, good pizza, fresh ingredients. Very nice pizza chef and staff.

First experience alone (so double experience 🤭) very good food, very nice place 🥰 but the part I liked most was that the owner (I think) before leaving asked me if the pizza was good (I only needed the basil and it was excellent) he told me "I don't remember the names but the pizzas do.. next time it will be perfect"😊 I would recommend dispassionately 😁

I recommend the DOC pizzeria to all pizza lovers: the dough is light and the ingredients fresh and quality. Excellent sweet tiramisu. The place is welcoming and clean, the staff is professional and attentive. I noticed some pluses in the service that are very pleasing, for example each table is equipped with 2 types of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, after dinner we were offered bitters of the house, I noticed the dining room staff carefully cleaning both the table and chairs with detergent after each service. The owner and his daughter are very friendly and kind. We will definitely be back.

Doc is a regular stop if you want to eat quality pizza. The dough is light and truly digestible. The fillings are very carefully crafted. I usually eat vegetable pizza and the vegetables are not the usual vegetables taken and put there but they are cooked with great love and you can then feel it in the taste they have. Today I tried the seafood pizza and I truly found it exceptional. The dough was top notch as always but I was really pleasantly impressed by the seafood, plentiful, juicy and cooked to perfection. The place is warm and welcoming as is the service. The owner and master pizza chef is a very kind and polite person and very attentive to the customer. Well done!
