Wide choice of spritzes and cocktails, as well as being very special, they are really well made. I also appreciated the pinsa and the platter accompanying the aperitif because it was very varied, but I don't find it correct to bring the same quantity of appetizers both to a table of 3 people and to a table of 6, when there are many of you they should bring at least one chopping board in pairs. Average prices.

Really beautiful place, perfect welcome. The bartender is very knowledgeable and it's really nice to listen to him talk about what he is preparing. Very kind staff. The cocktails are special and always different, they also have a super offer of gin - perfect for those who love it! The food wasn't bad either!!

The place is refined and modern, with a lively but not chaotic atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a drink in company. The cocktail list is extensive and original, with well-balanced proposals and quality ingredients. The appetizers that accompany the drinks are varied and tasty, adding an extra touch to the experience. The only flaw: sometimes the prices can be a little high compared to other places, but the service and the quality of the drinks justify the extra. Recommended for those looking for a trendy and welcoming bar in Varese update: no toilet paper.

09/06/2025: I had dinner with friends on Sunday. Beautiful atmosphere, from our table you could see the pool on one side and the river on the other. There was a band playing live, nice repertoire from the 80s and 90s, they were upstairs: the music could be heard softly even downstairs and it didn't stop us from chatting peacefully. We all had pizza, there isn't a great choice of toppings but maybe that's better, it's less confusing. The combinations are classic, the dough is quite rustic, good leavening and use of excellent raw materials. There was a celiac person at the table with us and I noticed a lot of attention and care in the preparation of his dishes (pizza and dessert), even for the small appetizer offered by the house which was absolutely gluten-free. The service was impeccable, young, polite and well-trained waiters. Average cost for the area. A perfect evening, we will definitely be back.
