Vibes are absolutely off the charts. I love when they kick on the broadway tunes. Great food, drinks, and songs= music to my ears!

Simple little breakfast nook for sandwiches, drinks and treats. Like if a diner and a dunkin had a baby :( very point pleasant vibes, a great place for a quick in-and-out bite

You can’t have subpar coffee AND subpar service. Things have changed and not for the better unfortunately. There are so many other options now.
I would address The employees who were not friendly nor attentive. Didn’t even acknowledge presence of customer ….. $7 for sugary milk 😵💫 aka My coffee. it was not drinkable.

Absolutely love this place! Their matcha lattes are delicious and the best I ever had! Highly recommend this place for breakfast when you're in need of some good matcha and some avocado toast.

Divi tree is a staple in Point. They always provide consistently good coffee and food. From the shaken espressos, lattes, hot coffee, coffee beans to take home, PEC, BEC, and more. I could go on and on. They are friendly and have clean stores. The drinks of the month and special seasonal drinks never disappoint! (Bring back more seasonal drinks!!!) 😁

I just went there for the first time and I only ordered an iced matcha latte but their matcha might actually be the best matcha I've ever gotten out of all the places I've ordered matcha from over the years. Everyone there was really friendly too. I might have to make Divi Tree an every weekend thing.

Coffee is top tier, blueberry crumb bars are addicting.
Update: every time I go my coffee is made differently, today was a pretty bad experience. They loose a star from me.

Cookie butter latte was okay, but my boyfriend’s matcha had to be thrown out at the next stop. It was so thick with syrup neither of us could find it enjoyable. We came here because of the sweet bun PEC (that he hyped up to me as the best sandwich ever) which was good, but we both wished the sweet bun had been put on the grill and not served room temp/cold.
