Visiting Diverso in Velletri is much more than just going out to eat: it's immersing yourself in an atmosphere with a very special aura, where every detail conveys care and authenticity. The service is warm and friendly, with a team that knows how to create a relaxed yet impeccable experience. On our visit, we were a large group—six adults and six children—and yet the coordination was perfect. We opted to try a little bit of everything: from varied appetizers, juicy meats, and perfectly cooked tuna, to desserts that rounded off the evening with a flourish. Special mention goes to the fact that, as a celiac, I was able to enjoy a gluten-free option that was completely on par with the rest of the dishes, something that isn't always easy to find. And while everything shone, there was one undisputed star: the tiramisu served at the table, which won over us with its creaminess, balance of flavors, and meticulous presentation. A memorable end to a well-rounded experience. In short: Diverso is one of those places that combines ambiance, service, and cuisine at an outstanding level. A must-visit in Velletri, whether for special occasions or to enjoy good food in company.

My wife and I want to thank the restaurant, from the owner to all the staff for the kindness, professionalism, service and quality of the food, the wines, for the beautiful location we chose for our wedding lunch, taken care of in every detail by Simone and all the staff. Our guests also complimented us on the venue, the service, the courses, from the appetizers to the cake, everything was really excellent. We really enjoyed ourselves in the outdoor garden. I would like to add that the venue also made itself available for 3 of us who had vegan diet requirements and they did not disappoint our expectations. 5 stars deserved!!!

We spent a pleasant evening. Staff attentive to customer needs, courteous and very professional. We dined on the terrace/garden finding a very pleasant environment. They have a cellar with the possibility of personally choosing the bottle of wine and bringing it to the table. As appetizers we chose "La valigia dei sapori" with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, potato cake and 4 bruschetta seasoned 2 with lamb ragù and the other two with porcini mushrooms and truffle, "Tartariamoci" a trio of raw fish tartare. As a first course "Fettuccine with wild boar ragù with fresh fennel and raspberry reduction. As second courses "Rib steak", "Duck breast" and "Fried seafood". All courses excellent and abundant. High quality raw materials. Excellent desserts too: "Pistachio cheesecake", "Mango and ginger cheesecake", Yogurt mousse. The bitters at the end of the dinner were kindly offered to us. The final price absolutely in line with the quality, quantity and service. In conclusion, a culinary experience to be repeated for sure!!! Well done everyone!!

A little away from the city center, DiVerso welcomes you in a beautifully decorated setting, with a huge terrace at the back of the restaurant. Efficient and professional service, not to mention a smile. Unique and exceptional presentations of dishes from starter to dessert. Choice wines by the glass, well served. Excellent value for money. All the best!
