I really liked it, I found it by chance on the internet, a very elegant little restaurant, very cool decor, the customer at the center of attention, the waiters are excellent, super good and the food is quality, I recommend the baule appetizer, those meatballs have remained in my heart ❤️ the only criticism is the price is a little high, but honestly with the quality of the food, the excellent presentation of the dishes and the service it is all related. It's okay, see you very soon.

A place with attention to every detail, a trio of hot appetizers cooked in an excellent way, quality meat, an interesting wine list, fast and courteous service. Definitely the place where I ate best in Velletri, I will return! Recommended!

Very elegant and nice restaurant, attentive and kind staff, all dishes from starters to desserts well prepared and delicious. We were there for dinner and will be back soon.

Summary: an experience as the name of the restaurant "diVersa" suggests, particular combinations but which I appreciated very much Quality/price: 8+/10 it is not a cheap place but as far as the quality is concerned, it seemed very high to me. Everything good and fresh🫕 Venue: 9/10 wonderful decorations and finishes. A mixture of past and innovation😋 Staff: 9/10 we were served at the right time, fast but not too fast and each dish was given an accurate description✅ Noise: 9/10 having very high ceilings, even though there were many people, the place was quiet🎧 Parking: 7/10 perhaps the only flaw is the parking, difficult to find in the area. You have to move away slightly, which isn't even bad to digest🍏

Ottimo locale al centro di Velletri, atmosfera accogliente, buonissima la scelta dei vini e dei distillati. Menù abbastanza vario, ottime le ostriche e la tagliata di tonno al pistacchio che ho mangiato. Conto adeguato al posto. Ci tornerò

THE RESTAURANT WAS REPORTED TO US BY FRIENDS AND THEREFORE I CONFIRM THE GOODNESS OF THE CHOICE. THE PLACE IS CHARACTERISTIC, THE MENU IS WELL CARED FOR AND EVERYTHING CORRESPONDS TO THE DESCRIPTIONS. CONGRATULATIONS TO MR. FRANCESCO AND THE COLLABORATORS FOR ADVICE ON FOOD AND WINE CHOICES. ABSOLUTELY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT AND MAXIMUM SATISFACTION AT THE END OF LUNCH INCLUDING THE PRICES, ABSOLUTELY LOW. TO BE RECOMMENDED AND TO RETURN.!!!

Questo ristorante non si smentisce mai! Piatti ottimi, servizio eccellente. Scelto sempre per il pranzo dalla nostra famiglia, ci assicura sempre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Le offerte senza glutine sono varie e c’è davvero l’imbarazzo della scelta.

28/02/2025: We had a really pleasant experience in this restaurant, characterized by excellent local food and great friendliness in the service. We happened upon it on a day that is usually closed, but the place was marked as open, so we decided to book and go. Unfortunately, being a Monday, it wasn't full (indeed, we were the only customers and a couple arrived only when we were about to leave) and, therefore, they didn't have all the dishes available. However, the ones we were able to taste were simply spectacular. It was me, my wife and my son and, as he entered, he brought us some bread with an excellent local oil. . We ordered: two pastas with wild boar ragù and a chestnut pasta (I think chestnut flour), gorgonzola cream and radicchio. As a second course, we enjoyed a steak, which came from a farm in their town (if I'm not mistaken, from the brother-in-law himself), accompanied by roast potatoes. We also drank a still water, two coffees and a wonderful liquorice bitters, again produced by a villager and kindly offered by the owner, who served us personally. The place is small but very welcoming, and above all, the food is genuine, local and really tasty ...It's just a shame we couldn't try the much praised Tiramisu, which unfortunately wasn't available. 😓 The total bill was €81, a more than reasonable price for the quality and quantity of the food. If we were to return to Arsoli, we would not hesitate to return to this restaurant!
