We loved this place so much we went there three times! The vibe is authentic, homemade Roman fare, with a small but mighty wine list and a tiny bar serving up simple, yet exceptional cocktails. The carbonara was the best I have had in Rome. The asparagus with anchovy sauce was simple and elegant. The lamb was succulent and perfect. Our son had the caccio e pepe 3 times and clearly loved it. We had a Sangiovese from Umbria that knocked our socks off! The staff are kind, prompt and you can tell they like what they do. PLUS they play some great music! Go here if you want the real deal!

Wonderful, very kind staff and delicious food. Every time I manage to pass through Rome I try to pay a visit to the company, with its free spirit and its Italian but never predictable cuisine, a refined and pampered dinner in the beating heart of Rome.

Authentic, friendly, passionate about food, and great service - what a team! We were recommended this by our food-mad hotelier, and she did us proud! Proper Roman cuisine, prepared with love and attention, in a cosy and relaxed environment. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. I shall remember the agnello all cacciatora as long as I live! Although we weren't in Rome for many nights, we made sure we went twice, to ensure we tried more of the menu - and we weren't disappointed.

Scelto tra una moltitudine di ristoranti turistici, questo posto unico ci ha regalato una serata perfetta: cibo ottimo della vera cucina romana con anche chicche strepitose nel menu del giorno, locale bellino da matti e i gestori super amichevoli e disponibili a far due chiacchiere e dare consigli sulla città. Consigliatissimo!
