Came here for a cappuccino al banco, they do non-dairy milks and while I didn't eat anything, the people eating seemed to enjoy it! There was a queue for people wanting to brunch, so I'd recommend to book ahead.

The place is very cool, the products are undoubtedly high-quality, and the prices are inflated but in line with a trendy brand in Florence's historic center. What's unnerving is the complete disorganization of the service and the inexperience of the staff. They still haven't found a solution to efficiently manage orders at the counter or takeout. A 5-7 minute line to order and pay, another 3 minutes before the guy at the coffee shop even looks you in the eye... basically, a resident in a hurry has to count on 15 minutes to get a coffee and a savory or sweet treat. Yet another place taken away from residents to make room for tourists. But the coffee is delicious.

10/11/2025: Stopped by for a snack and loved their olive bread and biscotti. Everything else looked great as well. Super friendly lady working here and great prices.
05/11/2025: Absolutely recommended!! Family-run bakery, serving hot and cold dishes from morning till night. The owners themselves are behind the counter! A generational operation, the food is of the highest quality (the tomato sauce is homemade)! The prices are truly amazing: two lunches and two glasses of wine with lunch for just under €20 (including tip). 5/5, highly recommended!!!
