Maybe it was the day but it was too crowded and the entrance wasn't really that welcoming as everyone is there, not knowing if they accomodate or not. But the service is really good, the food is okay :)

This is an adorable coffee shop, and I'm a regular customer, but they really need to stop with the whole "no laptops on a Sunday." I understand the philosophy behind it, but when I come to the coffee shop, it is mainly to sip my coffee while I do my work, either personal or for a client, and most often it happens on Sundays too, or watch a YouTube video. I could go anywhere else, but I chose to come here so just let people do their thing.

Excellent Anaerobic Fermentation Colombian coffee ordered as a V60 here. I can’t fault them for that.
Service however is lacking (at best), I had to to go downstairs to point at the thing I wanted, which was there, despite being told twice it was finished. There was no language barrier either…
Now this isn’t a big deal on its own, but having an objectively worse experience vs ordering myself and having to pay a forced €1.5 pp table service fee for that “privilege” - I find that to be really questionable.
It’s a shame really - as a roaster they seem to really be at the forefront of the Italian Specialty scene and I was very pleased with my cup. 5* for the coffee, less for the overall experience.

Best cafe in Florence in my opinion. The pastry is french and they have specialty coffee beans you can choose from.
The cafe is quite large with plenty of seating options inside and outside. It has table service.
