At least once a year I have to go back there, from Rome.
Excellent quality restaurant that enhances local products in a modern way without ever exaggerating in bold experiments.
The concept of fusion is always aimed at enhancing local raw materials. From this perspective, the Molise gyoza and the tacos with lamb and onion from Isernia are fantastic.
The wine list is also interesting, with honest mark-ups.
The fact that my underage daughters consider it their favorite restaurant shows how good food can be appreciated by all ages!

In each menu seasonal products for a 360 degree sensorial experience.
Impeccable welcome, super welcoming environment, like feeling at home. Very wide and interesting selection of wines.
From entrée to dessert, whether à la carte or tasting, the menu offers a vast choice of exquisite dishes that the Chef prepares with extreme attention to detail. The Molise gyoza are amazing. Spaghetti with datterino tomatoes and anchovies is one of my favorite dishes, fabulous!
Then comes the dessert, which thanks to the ideas of the Pastry Chef, is always presented in an original and innovative way. An indescribable taste, simply wonderful!
Restaurant in the historic center of Isernia, super highly recommended.

I would like to start with the premise that all the food was good and that in another context I would have appreciated it more. We took the tasting menu hoping to have an organoleptic experience, a journey. I don't think this happened. I didn't understand the relationship between certain dishes and those that follow them, the sesame toast was completely out of place for me as a whole. The farotta, although good, did not surprise me and let's say it is not very summery as a dish. Flower beds three times during the tasting, maybe one was enough? The spherification spritz should be liquid in the center or I'll make a mistake. Mine was a ball of jelly with no liquid. The focaccia is dry and a little bland, give me more of those spectacular breadsticks and take away the focaccia! This is meant to be constructive criticism, I don't want to make it seem like the food was bad because it wasn't, nor that I'm an expert because I'm not.
The spaghetti with SPAZIALI yellow datterini tomatoes, a super balanced dish with fennel that cheered up after every bite, the very particular delicious trout and a fun combination, these two dishes were the pinnacle of our experience. The rest was ok, good. Maybe I had too high expectations given the reviews? However, you can see that there is passion and even study behind it, it makes me think of an English saying "less is more", perhaps going back to the roots and not trying too much fusion which just confuses. I hope I haven't offended anyone, that wasn't my intent.
Thanks for a lovely evening, I'll definitely be back for that spaghetti!

Refined cuisine, elegant surroundings, local products reinterpreted with creativity. A unique culinary experience, complemented by impeccable service. I highly recommend. I'm really happy that there is a "fine dining" restaurant in my hometown too.

Un amico di Isernia continuava a elogiare questo ristorante finché non abbiamo deciso di fare questa deviazione dall'Adriatico (eravamo a Pescara!).
Senza pretese al esterno ma una volta entrati all'interno molto elegante e moderno. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Fabiola (sorella di Vincenzo) e portati al tavolo.
Poi si parte con piatti strepitosi e un susseguirsi di emozioni al palato. Si inizia dagli antipasti con un uovo croccante su fonduta di caciocavallo e tartufo. Tartare di manzo del salmone affumicato poi i primi deliziosi e gustosi. Il tutto accompagnato da ottimi vini della regione.
Complimenti allo chef Vincenzo e a Fabiola: veramente cortesi, attenti, professionali, e anche simpatici. Noi ci torniamo sicuro!
