A very well-kept restaurant with exceptional customer service. Excellent table service with detailed explanations of the dishes and the wine selection. Distinctive, as its name suggests, offers a selection of unusual and never banal dishes using local ingredients. An experience to remember and highly recommended! Lovers of platters should abstain! I'm intentionally adding very few photos so as not to spoil any pleasant surprises! Well done!

I booked a table here for my partner's birthday, and the staff was truly amazing, even having a little surprise for the occasion. I highly recommend the Istinto tasting menu. Thank you so much again for a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!

Well, I was really surprised finding such a sophisticated restaurant in this lovely small town. The owner, who is also a chef at this place is very, very talented guy. Menu is based on all local ingredients but with a hint of some Japanese vibe. Starting with variety of amuse-bouches followed by appetizers, first and second meals, everything was just amazing! Somewhere else this restaurant would be impossible to reserve a table at any time. Oh, forgot to mention home made bread and focaccia! Simply delicious!

Excellent experience! There were two of us, and we ordered the "Radici" set menu for €40 each, which we highly recommend, along with a bottle of wine. They served us an entrée that included a molecular spritz, a very nice and delicious start. They served us bread and focaccia with their own olive oil, which was truly tasty. The appetizer was an egg on caciocavallo fondue, which was excellent. For the first course, macaroni with ventricina sauce, which was truly delicious, although in my opinion, it wasn't the highlight. The standout dish, in my opinion, was the second course: pork fillet with onions, plum compote, and cooking juices, truly incredible. For dessert, there were ricotta and biscuits (amazing for a ricotta lover) and chocolates. If I could, I'd give the service 6 out of 5 stars! The woman in the dining room was friendly, kind, polite, and perfectly prepared. The wait times were perfect. At the end of the dinner, they brought us this (pictured) because we were there to celebrate my graduation. A thoughtful touch that costs them nothing but is greatly appreciated by the customer. The bill is in line with the location and the food, including complimentary coffee (€110 for two set menus and wine). The only caveat is that the bread payment is specified on the receipt. Perhaps it would be nicer to include it in the menu price or cover charge. Highly recommended if you want to be pampered for an evening with impeccable service and great food!

The place is simple and not particularly attractive, but the real stars are the food and the people who run it. The service is prompt and very knowledgeable. The products are high-quality and chosen with care and expertise. Managed by the owners, they make you feel pampered and will make you want to return. Excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect, from the staff's welcome to the kitchen staff's expert craftsmanship in preparing the finest ingredients. The welcome entrées, more than one per diner, immediately let you know you're in the hands of a truly skilled chef. The waitress was extremely kind, elegant, and truly exquisite in describing the dishes and pampering us throughout the dinner. The bread, focaccia, and breadsticks are all homemade... truly fantastic. The "5 senses" dessert idea was very cute (I don't want to spoil the surprise for anyone, but I highly recommend it). We'll be back very soon to try the chef's other creations.
