Dispensa Emilia In Modena

I went for lunch today at the Emilia pantry in the Portali shopping centre, on the advice of friends, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the vastness of the menu of both tigelle and salads, not to mention the various proposals for the first courses exposed, so much so that I hesitated at the checkout as to which option to choose, and the kindness and patience of the staff left me quite amazed, having other people behind me waiting to be served. I took advice from the cashier who got the tigelle right with top combinations. The service was fast and the staff in the rooms well organized and trained. There will be no shortage of opportunities to return and taste some of their other delicacies. I highly recommend it for a tasty and traditional lunch break!!!

I think we should pay attention to hygiene, given that it is food that we ingest: you cannot bag or plate the tigelle and scratch your neck or wipe your sweat with your own hands.

For being a kind of fast food, (a mix between fastfood and a restaurant) it has a very high level of quality, the best I've ever eaten. The crescentine, the gramigna with meat sauce and the tortellini in parmesan cream are delicious.

Tutto buono come sempre in particolare le tigelle ed i primi, un po’ rumoroso il locale che non è il massimo per insonorizzazione, comoda l’app con il qrcode anche se per molti imbranati è troppo avanti

I was lucky enough to come across "Le dispensa", looking for a place where I could feed a group of 50 people. Having to transit from Nonantola to Sassuolo, we needed to find a place where we could have lunch in a short time, local dishes and at a fair cost! I consulted by telephone a very kind lady who pointed me to Mrs. Emanuela Aloisi, the manager of the place who could help me decide and so it was!!! We found: professionalism, competence, good food but above all courtesy and smiles! All the staff, from the kitchen, to the dining room, to the bar, worked to ensure that people were served in the best possible way and in the shortest time possible, considering that it was a Saturday, everyone was highly professional. A truly heartfelt thank you to Emanuela who won us over even before meeting her in person and to the dining room and kitchen brigades! Their dishes are unique. Tasty and seasoned just right. Dosed to perfection. The guys are kind, polite and very helpful. Whenever I can I go to eat willingly and with gusto 😊
