Il cibo è molto buono, le crescentine sono fatte molto bene e il servizio è veloce, è comodo prendere il cibo dal tavolo con l'app, o sulla cassa automatica o sull'asporto con l'auto. Purtroppo il locale è molto pieno

Nothing to say about the quality of the tigelle at Dispensa Emilia (I usually go to the Carpi location) but I can't say the same about the staff and the quality of service at the one at Portali. I've been there twice in the space of a couple of weeks this month and the second time (takeaway) confirmed the impression of the first (where I ate sitting down). At the checkout there is a lot of hustle and bustle and the lady (I think the manager) is always arguing with the employees in front of the customers; the feeling you get is of disorganization and little cohesion among the staff. The first time I thought it was a bad day, as can happen in any workplace, but when after 10 days I witnessed the same scenes I changed my mind. The first time I was served and they took away the "look for me" sign when my coffee had yet to arrive. The second time I took a basket of tasty treats to take away and one type of filling was missing while another was present twice (even if it wasn't the one I liked least on purpose). All this while there are always reproaches and problems behind the counter. . I recommend improving this aspect because, despite being a place of passage, it makes you lose a lot

Good tigelle, well packaged and with a variety of fillings. Promoted Modenese pesto. Raw not very good but decent. Decent coffee. Staff both at the cash register and at the kitchen very kind and efficient. Several clean tables available but sofa seats in need of repair.

Si può fare meglio! Le piadine sarebbero molto buone, peccato che il più delle volte la farcitura è piuttosto scarsa come quantità. Poi fatto notare al personale, qualcuno gentilmente provvede e magari la sostituisce. I bicchieri bisogna chiederli altrimenti non li portano. Le pulizie alla sera Iniziano troppo presto, con le persone che ancora alle 20.30 mangiano ai tavoli.

I went for lunch today at the Emilia pantry in the Portali shopping centre, on the advice of friends, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the vastness of the menu of both tigelle and salads, not to mention the various proposals for the first courses exposed, so much so that I hesitated at the checkout as to which option to choose, and the kindness and patience of the staff left me quite amazed, having other people behind me waiting to be served. I took advice from the cashier who got the tigelle right with top combinations. The service was fast and the staff in the rooms well organized and trained. There will be no shortage of opportunities to return and taste some of their other delicacies. I highly recommend it for a tasty and traditional lunch break!!!
