In line with other restaurants in the same brand. Good food and fast service. A few minor niggles, but nothing serious given the sheer number of seats they serve. Excellent first courses (tagliatelle with meat sauce, tortellini, and tortellini). The lasagna was overly flavorful, bordering on salty. A shame. The salad was average. The desserts were good.

It would be nice if waiters didn't ask people with white hair if they know how to use the QR code.

This is my first time at this Pancetta Emilia location!! I've never had such a good experience!! Besides the food, which is always excellent, I received a wonderful welcome from a very experienced young man, given his career at the hotel management school in Bologna. I've attached a photo. P.S. I'm sure he'll have a great career. He told me his name is Gianluca Brosco.

Educational, fast and excellent value for money

Good food, excellent for those looking for a quick but healthy meal. The tigelle are really good. Access to the tables is very confusing: it's unclear whether you have to wait in line for the totems, order, and be seated, or wait in line to be escorted to your table by the waiters. In any case, you always have to wait in line, so I recommend, as I did, waiting in line, ordering, and paying directly from the app, then selecting your table. You also earn points through the app, and there are often freebies or exclusive promotions. The wait to be seated varies depending on the time of day, but there's definitely less of a wait than at the restaurants on the third floor.
