Fantastic place, I ate very well, generous portions and a good price, the quality was high in every way, even the staff was super helpful and everyone was very kind. I will definitely be back!!!!

I appreciated the idea of ​​the kiosk ordering system; everything is very modern and fast, so I have no complaints about that. Unfortunately, I have to report one issue: I ordered two salads, and the quality wasn't satisfactory. The taste was truly unpleasant, almost like "dead flowers" and plastic, and this completely ruined the meal. I hope the restaurant can improve the freshness and flavor of the salads, because right now they're not up to par with the rest of the offerings.

The food at Pantry Emilia is always good, but I think the prices are rising and the portions are getting smaller. We had the pumpkin salad. 5 pumpkin heads, so much salad! The dishes aren't cheap, and I think they should think about the customer, not making money... I'm sorry, but it didn't seem like a pumpkin salad. The service for a €1.90 coffee with pseudo-cream took 15 minutes. If you order with the app, you should get a quick response since you don't have to physically go through an operator. Lots of great advertising, but the content is declining "SINCE 2004" and has changed a lot. It's not a criticism, but a warning sign because in 2004 I said I'd go eat at Pantry because there's SO MUCH STUFF. Good work, a loyal customer.

Very easy to choose and order with the app, wide selection, always good tigelle (but in the Bolognese there is less and less ragù!!!), sustainable packaging, punctual delivery and excellent service.

Everything was good, but on a Friday evening, when the restaurant opened, several items were missing from the menu. The fried gnocchi, fries, and the special meat salads in general were unavailable. We therefore opted for the usual first courses, only to discover, with disappointment, that the people next to us, who arrived shortly after us, had both fried gnocchi and the special roast beef salad. It's a shame, because we believe that by the time you open, you should have everything available. Furthermore, the food arrived before the drinks, and we had to remind the waiters twice that we were missing the fruit we'd ordered.

Now more spacious and attractive after the renovation: at least you don't eat amidst the traffic of trolleys. Excellent food as always, fair prices. Fast service with the option to order without waiting in line. Best to avoid peak hours.

In line with other restaurants in the same brand. Good food and fast service. A few minor niggles, but nothing serious given the sheer number of seats they serve. Excellent first courses (tagliatelle with meat sauce, tortellini, and tortellini). The lasagna was overly flavorful, bordering on salty. A shame. The salad was average. The desserts were good.

18/10/2025: Pizzeria chosen from the various suggestions on Google, not being local one pizzeria could be as good as another, but this one my seventh sense told me to go there and it was an excellent choice, the pizza was delicious my daughter had the hamburger delicious highly recommended and the staff was friendly even with my four-legged friend.
04/10/2025: I ate at this pizzeria and I have to say the pizza was truly delicious: light dough, well-cooked, and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is also welcoming and pleasant, which makes the overall experience a positive one. However, I must point out one incident that was a bit disappointing: the pizza I ordered didn't have all the ingredients listed, including one main ingredient. Having almost finished the pizza (I don't like wasting food), I pointed this out to the waiter, who offered to remake it, but obviously, I couldn't have a second one. I would have expected at least an apology when the bill came, or a small gesture like a discount on the cover charge or the pizza itself; I think that would have been the right way to acknowledge the mistake and leave me, as a customer, with a better impression. It's a shame, because the quality of the product is there, but the service and customer care can definitely improve.

22/11/2025: Returned after a while even though I'm from Bologna. The pastries are still delicious, but the coffee is a downside. It leaves an unpleasant taste in your mouth after eating the pastries. Maybe they should change their coffee brand.
