Good fast food where you can eat something from the Emilian tradition. The meat sauce is not always the same. Sometimes very good, other times less so (even in the garnish the hand is never the same). The female staff is always kind and helpful (even though they have to work every Saturday and Sunday). Chapeau. Then there is that Lambrusco Vecchia Modena which is really a very clever wine 🤪 Some new dishes. When will we have zuppa inglese as a dessert?

Tortellini overcooked, staff still very kind and helpful, the place is still in the shopping center with practically no separation from the people walking around I update the review to February 2nd, underlining that the children's menu cannot be changed by unspecified company directives that imperatively prevent the substitution of tagliatelle with ragù with tagliatelle with tomato. It seems like a joke to me, I would have preferred them to have told me that they did not physically have simple tomato sauce to season the pasta, not that "the company directives do not allow it".

Excellent food, small environment which leads to considerable queues to sit at the tables and eat! Excellent food, they don't encourage people to use the app but they take orders at the checkout, extending waiting times even further for those who have yet to be seated! The staff doesn't even encourage you to choose additional dishes to order. The dishes should be reviewed, because finishing eating a cold dish (bresaola with rocket and salad) and finding a dish that WAS BORN white has instead absorbed color (probably sauce) and is full of cuts that have now absorbed everything, not from absolutely 100% hygiene feeling. The quality of the food was quite good, with a satisfying taste and portion. But what leaves a lot to be desired is the service... after the girl at the cash register tells me to go and take a seat on a row of external tables in a rather annoyed manner I go to the table she indicates to me and wait for her colleague to ask for an a seat for my daughter, upon arrival her colleague urges me to go to the cash register because I can't sit there without having ordered even if I explain that the colleague sent me she snorts and babbles as she goes away and not before 10 minutes she comes back with the high chair however, reiterating to me in a grumpy manner that this is not the method to sit down... now I say but that they clarify among themselves rather than take it up again with the customer.

All in all it's ok, except that in recent years it has transformed more and more into a fast food restaurant, in fact even the quality seems to have dropped starting from the tigelle and also as an environment I remembered it being more private and quiet compared to now more open. For the rest the staff were friendly and available for every request. I would also recommend focusing on other more classic recipes and perhaps raising the quality of the ingredients a little which lately we feel are not first choice

Girata al centro commerciale i Gigli, Firenze. Siamo arrivati verso ora di pranzo, quindi tutti i luoghi del centro erano affollati, dove poter mangiare, mentre non sapevamo dove fare la fila, ci siamo fermati davanti DISPENSA EMIGLIANA ,non potevamo fare scelta migliore. In primis abbiamo fatto una cosa almeno per noi nuova, accomodati al tavolo, scaricato applicazione, ordinato quello che volevamo , pagato con carta ,tempo 5 minuti ci hanno servito tutto e tutto molto ma molto buono. Grazie per il vostro lavoro ma siamo stati veramente bene grazie ancora posto CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Locale buonissimo ! Ci sono tornata tantissime volte , buoni i piatti dalle insalate ,ai primi alle tigelle. Il servizio è veloce ed il prezzo è onesto
