Good food and excellent value, but I was disappointed by the new service approach, which is especially challenging for older customers. You can't ask customers, after having already waited in a long line to order and pay, to go to their table with their receipt and force them to log in again using only their phones to be assigned a table number. It seems unkind, cumbersome, and even inconvenient. It was better before, with sound devices assigned to each customer from the start. What a shame.

I found the place super crowded with a queue outside but at Gigli on Saturdays it is a fairly common practice the food as far as the first courses are concerned is quite good express tigelle and the rest all frozen pre-cooked decidedly poor the service is quite chaotic but given the amount of covers they do it is understandable... acceptable prices honestly I would not go back there

I had a great time!!!!! Excellent food (I especially recommend the tigelle and fresh pasta), pleasant atmosphere, fast service, very friendly staff, fair prices.
I recommend downloading the app to order and pay, to avoid waiting in line at the cashier. It's very convenient!!!!! In an hour (sometimes even less), I place my order, pay, and eat!!!!!
As I said, everything is excellent!!!!! Congratulations!!!!!

We went to the I Gigli shopping center to buy some gifts for Christmas, it was dinner time and we stopped at the Dispensa Emilia restaurant for the first time. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with great kindness but at the same time with great professionalism, we were asked if we wanted to pay with the app or to go to the cashier to order the menu, after we sat down, as soon as we placed the order with the app we were served immediately with very good food and above all hot and very well-prepared dishes. Nice and very professional staff and above all interesting price. We will be back as soon as possible because we really had a great time. Thank you.
