What can I say? We were looking for a traditional restaurant, and dinner here took me back to when I used to come on vacation to my grandparents. Everyone was so kind.

Despite the less than reassuring reviews, we found ourselves in front of our new favorite restaurant!! Very clean environment and attentive and courteous staff, amazing food and extremely carefully prepared dishes!! Congratulations!

We were there last night. The staff was attentive and friendly, the dishes were traditional and very good, and the prices were fair. Highly recommended, unlike many others that try to fool you with their traditional dishes!

An authentic journey into the heart of Sardinia! As soon as you cross the threshold of Disizos Sardos you are welcomed by a genuine atmosphere, where every detail speaks of tradition. The menu is a true tribute to Sardinian cuisine: intense flavors, excellent raw materials and presentations taken care of down to the smallest details. We started with a spectacular appetizer served on a cutting board in the shape of Sardinia, full of cured meats, cheeses, honey, jam and fruit: a visual and taste experience. Accompanied by the inevitable carasau bread and another with walnuts and apples. The appetizer also includes roasted pecorino cheese that won us over, to be eaten while still hot as recommended by the staff for an exciting melting sensation. To follow as a first course, the fried culurgiones with tomato and pecorino cream were a delight. The sauce was perfect, simple but tasty! The absolute star was the porceddu: cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, accompanied by roasted potatoes. A true explosion of taste! All accompanied by attentive, smiling and passionate service. Nowadays something rare to find! 🔝 Highly recommended for those who want to live an authentic culinary experience, surrounded by Sardinian flavors and traditions. We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo contorniati da sapienza e professionalità. Un tagliere stratosferico, nulla di banale. Culurgiones davvero buoni. Ottimo supporto sui vini. Ma che bella serata!
